Twice now we have come into the dealership and spoken with Greg James our salesman and then with the service department. The first time we had a problem with our right front break. It had broken a bolt and locked up on us just down the street as we were limping our way to the dealership. We offloaded our camper so they could put it on the lift the next day. They gave us a loaner car so we could come home to Spokane. They found the problem fixed it, put our spare tire on as we ruined the rim and tire. We picked the truck up the next day. That was last summer. In May of 2021 we had the check engine light come on not too far out of Pullman so we went into the dealership once again talking with Greg and then the service department. It was just before the Holiday so very busy. They couldnt get us in until after we would be home to Spokane from our trip. On the way out Greg asked us how things were and he actually had a service person come out and put the diagnostic machine on and within 5 minutes we had the code what was wrong and was told that it would probably not cause us a problem and could continue on the trip but to have it checked once we were back home. We really appreciate Greg and Wysup of Pullman.

In 2008, my husband and I went through our first car buying experience together. He had amazing income and terrible credit and I had low income and good credit...all dealers in the Quad cities were not willing to take a chance on us or educate us in the car buying process, except Wysup. We became customers FOR LIFE. Michael Wysup and his team go above and beyond. Our last purchase was a 13 pasenger van for my business. Michael was able to quickly locate the van we needed, parts and service did a thorough vehicle check and sales did a great job delivering. Support locally owned, family businesses!

After searching for about a year, I found the car I wanted at Wysup. Since I live in Portland, the bulk of the transaction took place via text, email, and phone. I had negotiated with a few dealers over the past year in the same way for a similar car, and they had either misrepresented the condition of the vehicle they were selling, or included pricey, and completely unnecessary, add-ons in the selling price (anti-theft device, special protective coating). I was pleasantly surprised that Wysup did neither - the vehicle was in pristine condition. I worked with Tony, and felt he was friendly, efficient, and honest. Once we agreed on the details, I drove the 5.5 hours out to sign the paperwork. Upon arrival, everything was ready to go, and there were no unpleasant surprises. The paperwork, test drive, financing, etc took about an hour, and I drove away in my new car, feeling completely satisfied with the experience.

Just had the best car buying experience at Wysup. Taylor was great at answering all of our questions by text days before we even came to the dealership. They worked with us and didn’t use high-pressure sales at all. The process was quick and pleasant. The day after we purchased the vehicle at Wysup, we noticed a few small chips in our front windshield. When we asked Taylor if that was covered under our certified car plan, he said it wasn’t, but that they would replace the windshield at their cost anyway. Top notch professionals! Will go there for any future car needs as well!

My parents had come in to buy a used car from here. somehow the car was sold to them knowing that the tires had all different tread levels. second, this dealership is notorious for awful oil changes. they crammed a large oil filter into the car and also screwed up the oil pan by putting in a plug that was too large, thus creating new threading. went to rogers subaru to get it fixed. never again will my family or me be dealing with this dealership. the car was sold to us, riddled with problems that the dealership could have fixed before selling.

I purchased a 2016 Jeep Renegade from Wysup in Pullman a few weeks ago. Everything went extremely well. I was able to use my USAA car buying service to purchase the vehicle and the dealership honored the discounts I received with no problems at all. Randy was the salesman that helped me through the paperwork and everything. He is a nice guy and really down to earth. At other dealerships in my past I was hassled through the entire process, but at Wysup it truly was a hassle-free experience. Randy even went out of the way for me by driving my Jeep to my apartment (it is a manual transmission), so that I could start learning how to drive manual on the backstreets of my neighborhood. I highly recommend Wysup for anyone thinking of buying a brand new vehicle!Recent Update 3/4/2019: I tried going to Pullman Wysup for a warranty repair of a piece of trim that broke off the wheel well of my Jeep on the rear driver side. I told them that I believed the trim had defects where it was mounted to the wheel well, and over the short two years that I have had the Jeep it finally broke off from wind resistance, weather, etc. They told me they believed it was pulled off and would not honor the warranty. I elevated it to the manager and was told to contact Chrysler Jeep customer service. The manager told me I had a good chance to get a good will repair done through them. I called their customer service and was immediately turned down by their customer service for the warranty claim as well. The woman on the phone said they do not honor warranty claims for anything caused by weather, and would not give me a good will repair. This is a Jeep for crying out loud! Its supposed to withstand weather! Its sad they wont honor a good will repair for $200 on a small trim piece. Needless to say, I will no longer be purchasing any vehicles from Wysup ever again, nor from the Jeep brand, and I will no longer be taking my Jeep to their dealership for servicing. Its sad this company was willing to give up a customer over a $200 repair for a trim piece that should not be breaking off after a short 2 years.I dropped the star rating from 5 stars to 3 stars for poor customer service for warranty repairs.Recent Update 3/13/2019: After a few calls over the course of a week with the manager of warranty repair, Wysup was willing to cover half the costs of the $200.00 repair so I would pay $100. I talked to the owner Michael Wysup and verified that this is the best they could do for me, because Chrysler is not willing to make good on a repair that should be covered under the 3 year basic warranty. The 2016 Jeep basic warranty states The Basic Limited Warranty covers the cost of all parts and labor needed to repair any item on your vehicle when it left the manufacturing plant that is defective in material, workmanship or factory preparation. There is no list of covered parts since the only exception are tires and Unwired headphones. You pay nothing for these repairs. These warranty repairs or adjustments — including all parts and labor connected with them — will be made by your dealer at no charge, using new or remanufactured parts. I believe that the mounting was damaged in the process of manufacturing and slowly damaged further from normal wear and tear over the short two years I have owned the vehicle until it broke off, because there is no outside damage to my vehicle. I told Michael that I would not take the half off repair deal, because this is a matter of principal. This is a matter of poor quality and worksmanship. I will continue driving my Jeep around Pullman to display the poor craftsmanship of the Jeep brand, so people can see its low quality, and I will no longer be purchasing any vehicles from Chrysler due to horrible customer service in warranty repairs.

Great service by Chandler, the process of buying was easy and organized. Chandler really takes pride in his dealership and the brand he is selling!! Only one thing missing and that is the second key fob.
