Nate is legit. If he has the time he will look at your car the second you pull up and he’s super helpful and clearly knows what he’s doing. Definitely not a mechanic who will screw you over but will actually genuinely try to help you. I am a young female who knows nothing about cars but has been given the runaround by mechanics in the past and I would highly recommend this place over others because they are very honest.

Very down-to-earth. Very affordable. They do kind of everything. Ive had my car (2012 Ford Fusion) serviced here for years (oil changes, tire purchases, tire rotation, snow tires, check concerns with engine, transmission, etc.).Hes also worked our Chevy Truck when we had brake concerns.Even when things maybe had to be revisited (tire sensor going off, repeatedly), they stayed with it and made sure it got resolved, at no extra cost than our original expense.We always get great service, at a very good price, and are always pleased with the results.I highly recommend them.

Personally I have yet to use this location. However, Im giving 4 stars purely on customer service. I had an issue with a battery and was seeking advice for next steps. Whoever answered the phone at Pullman Auto gave clear and concise instructions and ideas knowing I would not be a customer in that instance. This has highlighted Pullman Auto Repair as a place that puts their customers above their profit and is probably a place Id visit in the future.

Always happy with the quality, knowledge and service here. One example for all: This was one of my first experiences with this shop - I took my car in after timing belt snapped while driving. They looked into that, put new timing belt on and found out that one cylinder doesnt have compression and needs complete head and valves rebuild - too expensive for me to fix. They did not ask for any money after all of the work they already put in when I decided not to fix that. Very honest people who know their job!

Jeff was very helpful and fit us into the shops busy schedule to fix our van when we had car trouble while travelling through Pullman. Looked at the van right away, diagnosed the problem, found the part in town, installed it, and had us on our way in a few hours, all for a fair price. Thanks for helping us get to our family reunion on time!

Quick, Honest, Awesome. They found out what was wrong with my car quickly. Called me and notified me ASAP. Since it was a very costly repair I decided not to repair, and just get rid of the car. I am very happy with the service provided by Pullman Auto Repair. I brought my old truck to the garage with what I thought was a steering issue, but after a timely diagnostic the staff assured me that it was nothing to worry about. Compared to other garages, my experience at Pullman Auto was less expensive, more satisfying, and of a higher quality.

My daughters car wouldnt start and luckily this is the place we had the car towed to. They had a guy from the shop with the tow truck driver and took car of everything from there. The battery had died but they also checked the alternator to see if that was the problem. They called me with updates and got everything done quickly. They were nice and courteous to my daughter and made sure she could get back to and from campus. I highly recommend this shop.

They are the best auto repair ever. I had problem with the brakes, I was afraid to move my car. They looked at my car today (the day before Christmas when everywhere is closed). They do brake inspection for free.Amazing people, do your job so fast, fair price, and clean place.

I needed a water pump replaced and some other parts. I got a couple quotes and they quoted a lower price than the other place, which is real good. They replaced my water pump and the actual bill was a little lower than quoted :-) They got the job done real quick. Ive got nothing but good things to say about these guys.

The crew at Pullman Auto Repair went so far beyond my expectations last month in our truck repair. They fixed what needed done in a quick an clear manner. I was expecting the repair cost to be high but they itemized the parts and work with me and the total was 1/4 the cost I was expecting. I will recommend them at every chance. My daughter blew the motor up in her car 300 miles from home and I was out of town (obvious piston or rod by noise). The car was in my name. She lied to the guy in the shop and stated I was on my way to get the car, and that I would be there in 45 minutes knowing I was states away and out of phone service. When I got into town and found out what was going on it was three days later and I called them. Joey stated he knew she was dumping the car on him and kept the car in his lot waiting for me to get in touch with him to find out what I really wanted to do with it. It was going to be a total motor replacement costing more than the car was worth. I told Joey I couldnt get it fixed, and I still had a lean on the car. He offered to let the car sit on his lot while I figured out what to do since I was so far from his shop. He also stated if I bought a used motor, he would drop it in at a decent price. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a used motor for a decent price. It took me a week to get the car paid off, get the title, and be able to get to Pullman. He let me get all the valuables from the car and hang out trying to get ahold of a scrap guy. After finding out I could only get $200 in scrap and they couldnt pick the car up for a few days (I would need to get hotel), I asked Joey if he would like to keep it for scrap. I signed the title to the shop in gratitude for not impounding the car, or charging me to park it for over a week.They helped me through an impossible situation, and could have made it so much worse. Living in a city, I have never seen an auto shop, or any business as willing to help someone out without asking for payment as these guys were, especially after the initial consumer lied to them. I am very grateful Ifor their help. hope he was able to get more for it than I would have been able to get in scrap. I would recommend them to anyone needing service in that area!Edit: was five star. Now three. They didnt scrap it, and tore it apart to sell it. Sitting on their lot still. They where helpful, but it would have been nice to get something for a car they planned on selling!

Took my Jeep in because I thought it needed a new power steering pump. They insisted on doing an inspection first and found It was just air in my system and the problem could be fixed by just running my car. Didnt charge me a cent. Awesome business, will definitely go back for any future car troubles.

One year ago, I and my roommate came to fix a piece of apron on the bottom of our car. It turned out that our car lost a screw. They found one screw and fixed it for us and did not even charge us. They are really friendly and helpful:)

I had a bad experience here! I wanted to replace my cabin filter and they asked for $45 for the labor in their quote. Then I watched a video on YouTube showing that replacing my cabin filter takes 1 minute with no need for any tools! I bought the filter and replaced it myself VERY easily.

Had a screw in my tire today. Went to 4 tire shops today and each one tried to screw me over. My last stop was here and they were so helpful and got it all taken care of for cheap. They were the only place I didnt feel was taking advantage of me for not know about cars.

My daughter is a student, her car died at 4:45pm, Joey pulled the car in, solved the problem and sent her on her way without charging her! I cant thank you enough and know where she will go if she ever has an issue again. Very honest and trustworthy people!

A few months ago I brought my 95 Ford Explorer in to get my fuel pump fixed. Soon after I had it back I noticed fuel would pour out while I was topping off my tank at the fuel station. I finally was able to get someone to drop the tank for me to find out what is wrong and we discovered that the guys at Pullman Auto had tried to put the gasket on backwards and since it wouldnt fit they cut it to try and get it to fit. Also, gaskets for fuel pumps on 95 Explorers cannot be purchased individually. So thank you, Pullman Auto, for charging me 750 dollars for beyond mediocre work and terrible service. I wouldnt recommend this sort of incompetent business to anyone.

First time I went there, they told me what was wrong but that I would be better taking it to the dealer. Ive been in twice since then (over about 18 months) and theyve been very good and even reasonable prices.
