The best mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. I sent my daughter to him based on a recommendation and he was so nice. He saw the AZ license plates and gave her a quick lesson on driving in snow. He quickly repaired what needed to be done and another thing that we weren’t aware of. Even though she’s a 20 year old girl he didn’t try to charge her too much or convince her to fix things that weren’t necessary. I wish I could give 6 STARS!!!!

I highly recommend them. I will probably never use another mechanic for the rest of my time in the Rexburg area. They squeezed me in for diagnoses, fixed it even though they were busy, and were very helpful and worked with me even after they were supposed to be closed. I highly recommend them.

Best mechanic ever. I called in a panic because our car was leaking coolant and over heating, we went to other places and already spent hundreds of dollars on other repairs.. no one found the solution. I heard good things about auto aspects so I decided to give them a call. He was pretty booked out and busy but agreed to see our car as soon as possible, once I got there he inspected our car and found the problem within half an hour or less. Super timely, kind and helpful. He ordered the part and had it in our car the next morning and we haven’t had ANY problems since! I am so grateful we went here. This is one of the best mechanics I’ve had. They explain each problem to me with various solutions and they make sure to tell you their estimate for each. So far they have given me an estimate and when they are done doing the work it has always been less than what they told me. They are very friendly and great at making sure you understand what’s going on with your vehicle.

I did a fairly exhaustive search of a good mechanic when I first got here about 12 years ago. I get into a different car about every 3 months and I need a lot of repairs. I have taken my cars to nearly every mechanic in town and the guys at auto aspects are the fairest priced, and best mechanics in town hands down. Ive been taking all of my stuff there for years and I wont stop. Theyve never let me down. Give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

The customer service is very friendly and intuitive. The work they did on my car was also timely and well done. I call them when my car needs a tune up or when something breaks; I feel like they do a great job!

The customers service was fantastic. The person who answered the phone was courteous and helpful. I asked for a quote on replacing my radiator, and rather than waisting my time asking questions that werent relevant, he wrote my number down and called me back in half an hour with a quote that within $20 bucks of what I actually paid. They were also 36% cheaper than any of the other 4 car shops I called in Rexburg.Its farther away than most car shops, but definitely worth it.

If you want a mechanic who diagnoses whats wrong with your car and fixes the problem instead of just throwing parts at it, youve come to the right place. My car had a check engine light on that two other mechanics couldnt fix and cost me over $2300. I took it to Paul and Ben and they were able to figure out the problem, charged me a lot less than what I was expecting it to be, and it has be working fine. I would definitely recommend Auto Aspects to my friends.

I loved this place as much as one can love a mechanic shop. Their work was about $500 cheaper (for a timing belt/water pump and leaky plenum gasket job) than the local Toyota dealership. They are also part of a nation wide network of independent mechanic shops so if Im traveling and something goes wrong with their work I can get in to see a mechanic almost wherever I am. While working with them I got the sense that they are genuinely concerned about doing the work right and as cheap as possible. I would definitely go back. The only downside is that they are out in the middle of the country and it is hard to get out there .

They really were excellent. I was a little apprehensive about finding someone to work on my car but they made me feel comfortable. They charged what they quoted (which was less than other places) and they did the work perfectly.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt that everyone should know about this auto shop. I have had to have 2 repairs to my car recently. I got such good service that I went back the second time and was extremely happy again. I priced around local mechanics and at some of the dealers and NO ONE could even come close to the low prices. They are easy to work with and super friendly. They seem very honest, I was not worried about being charged for something silly or being lied to. I will ALWAYS go back.

These guys are honest and fair. They give you a fair quote and then they do what they say they are going to do. If they notice any problems a long the way they call you right away and give you a fair price and options on what can be done. While my wife and I are attending BYUI we will always use these guys when we need help with our truck. This place is north out of town and tricky to find but definitely one of the hidden gems of eastern Idaho.

Replaced and upgraded the fuel injection on my 1997 Silverado and replaced a font axel. Great work and my truck gas milage is back to what it was when it was new! Very competent and honest!
