A great place. I asked them to check & top off the oil. $10 a quart...cheap at twice the price ! Outstanding service ! Ill be taking my car to them for every thing my mechanic is too busy to do, and I dont have the tools, time, or knowledge to handle. I highly recommend this place.

After sitting for 3-4 months, I brought in my company car for a routine oil change. The gentlemen helping me topped off all of my fluids, changed my air & cabin filters, rotated my tires, topped of the air in my tires, and even wiped down my windows within a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend and return to this location. Everyone here was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!

The shop didnt have my vehicle oil and air filters. I purchased them online and went to them for oil and air filter change. The oil change was fine, but the technicians didnt know how to change the air filters. They spent sometime looking at the youtube videos and at the end gave up, saying they cant do it. I was there for over 2 hours, wasted a lot of time.

I have been here for 20 minutes and no one has checked me in. It seems like one guy is doing all the work and the others are just standing around. This isnt jiffy. This is slow as a turtle. Sorry I came here.Still waiting!

I went there for a brake and light inspection to drive for Uber and they took me right in and finished it very quickly in about 20 minutes then had me on my way Antonio was very helpful thanks guys

Way too slow. Not sure why I have to wait an hour to do an oil change. Not sure why people before I got there are receiving priority while I’m waiting. Also, $90?!?! For an oil change?! With an hour wait? No thank you.

My wife has been going here for last 7 years. Very often, I see the windshield wiper fluid is empty. I have no problems with Oil Changer, been going last 20+ years.

I was greeted at my car by a friendly young man who opened the door for me! Walked me into the office and explained the different types of oil and other services they provide. They did some testing and recommended a couple of maintenance itemsI was in and out in 30 minutes

The staff here was amazing! I was on my break and expected to take up my whole hour. They were quick and I was able to eat. Service seemed to be great until they told me I had a brake light out and my wiper was bad. Went home to find that my brake lights were working fine. Now knowing they tried to get extra money from me probably, because I am a woman, I need to check to see if they actually changed my oil. I won’t be going back to this location.

Nice crew, accommodating, extremely fast (like 5 mins for an oil change) and they gave me a discount for calling ahead. They even have some pretty tasty coffee in the wait room 😅 Will def come back here for my next oil change.

This branch has a reasonable waiting room with good coffee and while popular the wait wasnt long. There is the usual raft of up sell items but they arent pushy about them.

I just left this jiffy lube and some a**hole was completely rude to me when I was inquiring about something going on with my car and refused to even take the time to look at it. I will never be returning here and I dont suggest anyone else to either. I cant believe how rude and nasty he was.

Not only did the entire staff worked on our problem they didnt even have too! My girlfriend and I called in because her passenger window suddenly wouldnt roll up on her 2013 Chrysler. Although Jiffy Lube isnt a full service center they understood that driving in the cold back to San Jose is a horrible experience that nobody should have to endure. They diagnosed the problem and not just one technician helped, the whole team come to our aid: Wayne the Manager, C-Lo, Dwyane and another tech that I cant remember his name. Just fantastic service. In the end. they couldnt raise up the window, but they taped it so well that we were able to get home safe. I dont live in the East Bay, but trust me, if you do, this is the Jiffy Lube to go to. If they took care of our car that well, when it wasnt an oil related issue, imagine how well they will take care of your car when it is oil related. COVID!9 safe ! Customer stays in car !!!!

Today, I went to Jeff Lube in San Ramon, 94583 to service my car. I did a tire rotation to my vehicle and they broke the stud for the front wheel. They didnt mention about it until I found out.Very upset from this company, Really dont recommend it at all.

These guys always do a great job, quick in, quick out, the vacuum, wash windows, and are always friendly too in addition to top notch oil service.

Evert time i have been here i received good service, 4 years and counting.

7/23/15 had my oil changed as I watch I noticed they didnt check the differentials or transfer case levels. When I questioned the manger she lied and said they did when I wasnt watching. Then walked my receipt to the truck and shut my door for me. I get back out and asked the tech. He said they didnt check them. I went back to the manger and she stuck to her lie but said they will check them again. I will not return.

They are charging way higher than what is required. He said I have change this filter that filter . It ended being 150$ for a oil change. Never going back there .I think it is all for commission.

This place told my daughter they will charge her 700 dollars for a tune up just to change spark plugs and wires ! Then I asked about how much is there charging just for labor the price changed unbelievable and I go here when it’s time for my oil change
