Not impressed, just needed to ask question about our phone, wouldnt talk to us unless we paid a $3 fee up front. Went to the retailer on south side of Sheboygan, answered our questions. Might be getting new phones too, had a good deal for us!
Great place to go. Had question/issue with new phone getting registered and updated. Staff was more than willing to assist and informative with process. Would really recommend.

I went into the store needing a new phone. Brad sold me an iPhone telling me that I needed to have all of the accessories in order for the phone to work. He said it came with no chargers. He told me that he would discount them all. Almost $400 later he said it was mostly due to taxes. The liquid screen cover he told me was for the life of the phone. I also bought a iwatch with the understanding I was getting $300 off which was also a lie. Also he told me that he could not transfer anything from old phone because it is against policy. He lied to me and I feel very ripped off.

My husband and I where very hesitant to switch from U.S. cellular to Verizon... but with the knowledgeable guidance from sales team member Bradley we where able to transition from U.S. cellular to Verizon with ease! We upgraded all of our phones and Bradley tweeked the bill to better serve our needs... from the family usage to the needs to help service our business demands! We have faster and better service then ever! And we are saving money! We have better service and cheaper monthly bill! We couldnt be happier!

Hello, the first I noticed was even with the addition of the Covid-19 disinfecting items, that when you walk into the store was it was still roomy, comfortable and not cluttered. Secondly, I got to experience the wonderful customer service that I’ve come to expect from Verizon. I was fortunate enough to work with Bradley who is definitely current on the newest promotions and items and most importantly he was able to answer the questions I had on my account. Hope this helps
Whatever sales dude was in there, didnt want to lift a finger to help us. He just kept saying to call customer support. Best buy helped us with everything, and gave us extra information to boot.
My husband and I came in today, on a Saturday, just to ask some questions. Chalino was the only one there as far as we could tell. There were two others in there besides us. He was amazing. Patient and answered our questions. Super nice! We came back and needed 6 phones moved to Verizon. 4 from one service and 2 from another. Found out he was the only one there. People came in once in awhile. He never got inpatient or upset. Never made us feel like we were a bother. Now a days you do not get service like this! Definitely made the transition to Verizon worth it! Thank you Chalino!

I dont live in WI yet received two emails with two separate invoices for phones totaling about 1500. The invoices had all of my personal information on them and one had my signature forged. I called the store and the guy who answered explained that someone with my same name must have bought the phones. I asked how my account, and my name and address could possibly be used to put somebody elses phones on without my authorization (and verizon pin), he told me I wasnt charged anything, but the phones were on the device payment plan so in reality I was going to be charged. The guy hung up on me after I told him how unacceptable it was. I called back and the same guy answered, I asked for the manager, he said the manager wasnt in... I asked for the managers name and he said fine... Im the manager. Told him that maybe a manager should resolve conflict better than hanging up the phone to which he said if you keep acting like that Ill hang up again. Complete incompetence and FORGED MY SIGNATURE. Luckily I have digital copies of the documents, so not much that can be said to deny it. Shady and incompetent.

Both customer service guys seemed nice and knew what they were doing, but I couldn’t upgrade my phone because I had a Washington license. I’m sure I’m not the only one that goes between multiple states. Stupid policy. Total waste of my time.

I had ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max online, which was paid for in advance and received an email it was ready for pickup in the store. When I got to the store I was told by a salesperson named Brad that the phone was already sold and that they had cancelled my order. Brad was rude throughout and provided no explanation as to how or why this had happened.

If I had the option to give 0 stars I would.Everything that could go wrong went wrong.We were scammed out of $454.26 plus. and I WISH that was overdramatic.The service guy forced us into buying 50$ accessories for EACH PHONE that were never needed.We were charged a 20$ start up fee for EACH PHONE that has nothing to do with Verizon and everything to do with them. MEANING YOU ARE GOING TO GET CHARGED MORE MONEY WHEN YOU GET YOUR BILL.We were given the complete wrong plan.And when questioned told us we had NO CHOICE or we wouldn’t be able to be helped.Refused to give us any sort of number that could resolve the issue.So we found out our own way.So be warned this store will rip you off and beat you blind. Take the 30 min drive and go to fond du lac to the corporate store so you can save yourself the days and hours trying to right the WRONG the people at this location with no obvious morals did to you.

Worst experience Ive ever had with a Verizon. Not only were the employees incompetent, they were also criminal trying to scam me out of a bill credit. Then they lied when I called them out on it and when I finally got the credit they took it back a few days later hoping I didnt notice. I would suggest that this store is shut down.

Store does not take payments of bills using credit or debit cards, only cash. But they did show how to use an application to make payments instead of stopping at one of the stores.
Half the time I go there he is already helping another customer. I hate waiting so I leave and come back couple more times before being helped. Once in awhile I get lucky the first time I stop there. If u pay your bill there u have to pay with cash.
Not cool for the sim card charge, if only I knew they were free at a REAL verizon store
