This is the best store. I go out of my way to shop here. Ive been coming here for 10 years. They always treat me great. Very clean and fully stocked.

I came to look at some items to be purchased by a licensed professional. I was told that if the manager was there I would not be allowed to look. Note to manager: All licensed professional dont have time to come to your store. Sometimes they will send a person to check on certain products you might carry. Very unwelcoming business!!!

Great place for all your needs if youre in the beauty business. Clean, well lit, organized stock, friendly helpful staff, ample parking, Cosmoprof in Stockbridge has it all! Plus one of my most favorite people on this green earth works there. No, no bias at all in this review.

The lady doing my return and shear/trimmer purchase was SO kind. We had many laughs and a fun chat! Also with the security guard too he was funny and very nice. They have this place on HIGH security now so don’t be stupid. You WILL get caught... I majorly felt for this woman because she was so friendly and obviously had a good heart and no one deserves what happened there..Some crazy desperate thugs attempted to rob this location and sprayed her in the face with mace. I felt completely safe while shopping here btw it was an isolated incident, happens in bigger cities-shouldn’t, but does! Good thing theres karma :) I will continue to choose this location, they had everything I needed and were very helpful despite what they had just been through. People can be awful/pathetic like thieves and violent offenders in the world, so it is refreshing when you meet really good people. The customer service here was excellent. Its great when you find a place with awesome customer service and strong folks. Can be rare! Had a great experience and wishing this location all the best in their future business. And to the super kind lady that helped me, wishing you so much wellness, kindness and joy in your life. Definitely support this Cosmoprof for all your beauty supply needs. Good people are here. The staff are great. They always ask if i need help and are sure to inform me of the sales.

Cosmoprof only caters to an Anglo Saxon clientele. Cosmoprof also has very poor to no Customer Service.

They have no customer service skills. They dont greet you or ask if they can help when you walk in. And they still dont talk or give you eye contact when they are checking you out. Their entire staff just have a sorry attitude and no people skills.

Ive never been treated as bad in my whole life as I was in this store; if you want a suggestion you should find a different place for your purchases.

I only go here because its close to my house but the one over at Sidney Marcus is very nice and the staff is very helpful

Honestly, my LAST experience here was a most unpleasant one. I went to this store location to purchase hair products for my family members salon. While I was in the store searching for a variety of hair colors, no one bothered to ask me if I needed any help, but they watched intensely as I walked through the aisles. (I was the only one in the store at the time.) I brushed it off, and kept shopping. When I gathered all of the items needed on my list, I went to the register to make a purchase with the company card. The lady told me I needed to wait and she asked me If I had stolen the card while making a phone call. To my dismay, I was astonished. I explained that the card was not stolen. I tried to explain that its a company card etc. I told her that I can show her my drivers license and she could see that the last names matched up. I told her she could call the company herself to verify etc This lady choose not to believe me or even go about handling the situation differently. She called the credit card company in front of me and told them that the card was stolen. This is when people started to enter the store. It was embarrassing because they most likely thought I had stolen the card. She said she would have to keep the card. I said what do you mean, its not stolen. I quickly called my family member so they could tell her personally or the credit card company that the card isnt stolen. The lady did not want to speak to my family menber so they immediately called the credit card company, but was on hold for a good while. In the meantime I told her that I needed the card back and that I wont be purchasing the items. I just wanted to leave this nightmare of being accused for something so hurtful. When I reached to get the card back from her, she quickly ran to the other register, took a pair of scissors and cut the card in half. I KID YOU NOT.I left the establishment. My family member finally got a hold of the cc company, explained the situation, and had to get a new card mailed. I guess I truly know what it feels like to be targeted from the start. I am a college graduate who dresses sensibly. I have never been in trouble with the law and I come from a respectable background Ect. I was so disappointed by her racist behavior and unwillingness to hear me out. My experience was terrible and inhumane. No compassion was shown by her whatsoever and I told my family and friends to NEVER support this location again. (Go at your own risk esp. If your a person of color.) I hope this review helps.

Racists and abusives.

This is by far the worst store where you can make your purchases, the crew treats you just as bad as they can. Ill never go back to such a place, and I strongly suggest to everybody to stay far from it. This is the worst store to go shopping, employees treat La Raza as garbage. I will never and will never return here, and I advise everyone to stay as far away as they can from that store.
