Best beauty supply in town and best Ive ever been to! The two young ladies Ive encountered both times going there have been very nice, knowledgeable, and exhibit excellent customer service! Prices are cheaper than all the beauty supply stores Ive been to plus u get points for shopping with them. Please give them a try and you wont regret it! My first visit was yesterday and I have been meaning to come here for a few months. The store was clean well lit, and the customer service was superb. I interacted with the young lady Dianna (I apologize if I spell her name wrong) and she was helpful with a few questions I had. There was another that came in with questions too and she balanced helping us both with ease. Definitely will be back and recommending to a friend. Best clip ins I have ever used! They only had 24” which was fine because the price point is so good. I think they were less than 100 dollars. I got the Indian wavy. straightened out they match my natural hair beautifully!!

Most beauty supply stores are congested(dark) and semi-organized But COVA was organized, clutter free(bright) and white glove clean. Customer service was personal, attentive, and helpful. Though COVA was uncluttered and clean it still had an abundance of products from A-Z. This is my spot for all my beauty supplies from now on.

This Black-owned beauty supply store is ran by two young African American sisters who are knowledgeable about the products they sell, and those that work for Black hair! The color scheme of the store is fabulous, and they have the cutest shopping bags for you in which to take your purchases home! Best of all, both sisters exhibited excellent customer service skills from the moment you walk in the door, until bringing your bag around the register and putting it in your hand once youve completed your shopping! A sincere smile and eye contact goes a long way with me!

This store is a true beauty! I’ve been in quite a few times since they opened and I have enjoyed myself each time. They always have what I am looking for and prices are comparable if not better than the Asian Owned Supply Stores. This location is about 30 mins from me but I will make the trip every time. I personally met the owner the other day as she was the cashier to check me out. I love how she continues to work in her own store. Her customer service is amazing! I felt welcomed and appreciated for being there! I have told all my family and friends about it and they’ve been a few times too with the same results. Love it!

It is a great store, clean and bright. I had a good experience, the employees were VERY helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The products just go on and on. Id hoped to find more styling tools (ex. smooth rat tails, round brushes, firm ponytail brushes, simple water spray bottle, large bobby pins, different types of hair holding clips, styling brushes like the 7 and 9 row brushes for naturals) but I expect this new store will add more items and look forward to returning to see what is added.

They are so trash and improffessional, please don’t ever shop here they are also overcharging you.

Purchased some Indian clip in... when I tell you this hair is all that!! Trust me it’s lit🔥🔥What a beautiful store! Its so refreshing to be able to ask question and not be met with blank stares from the staff. I literally live 35 mins for this store but, ill be only purchasing from here. The staff was welcoming and seemed very knowledgeable.

Do not recommend. Purchased the BEST hair bundles they had for a price that reflected as such. Went home and after opening the net webbing to all the packs find out the longest bundle was completely different from the other two I had bought. The color, smell, texture, and wefts. I was told I was getting unprocessed virgin hair, but the longest bundle felt waxy and altogether just different. Went back to the store to get this resolved and even after the store associate confirmed it felt different and the wefts were completely different was told this could not be exchanged. And when the manager came back from lunch break says she did not feel any difference and that the wefts could look different because it is older. 1 you were feeling the hair with latex gloves on so you are not going to feel any difference and 2 the bundle I asked the first associate to see from the back to see if it matched had the same color wefts as my other bundles. Long story short there was no resolution even though the hair was clearly unused because I had not removed the zip ties and had just purchased it 2 hours prior. Honestly I do feel like the hair was exchanged for some cheaper hair. When I bought the hair the customer service was A1 I cannot even lie they walked me throughout the store giving me suggestions for products (all of which I bought) but when an issue arose there was all of a sudden nothing that could be done. I thought I had found my new spot to get hair instead of going all the way to Atlanta to get hair, but I guess not.

This is by far the best beauty supply business I’ve ever visited. Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable and professional and the store looks absolutely amazing. It is also well-kept and always stocked. The prices are reasonable. My only go to for beauty thank you Cova Beauty.

The service was beyond impeccable! Christina welcomed my son and I with the most pleasant greeting I’ve had in a long time. She was patient with me while making my hair decision. I can go on and on about how wonderful everything was! I will definitely be there regularly, worth the drive!

Spacious store, friendly helpful employees with good customer service skills, a wide variety of products, fair prices. I found everything except for press-on/glue on nails. All the hair and wigs you need, makeup, hair product brands, oils for hair and body, hair accessories, eyelashes, body waxing stuff, and more. Impressive! I think they have a rewards program for points for shopping too if you just give them your phone number. I will be returning!
