Diamond beauty supply is a mood. Anytime I’m going to a hair store I’m getting ready for a change. I’m changing my hair style or even looking for a way to spice up my makeup routine or my style. The atmosphere here definitely puts me in a positive mood to do that. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. She has even made sure to add to her inventory once I told her I come there to buy items for my own shop. Also, you can’t beat her music selection. 10/10

Two of the employees that I spoke to in there were extremely helpful and really nice. They were honest and gave me the best answer to my question & helped me with my purchase.

This place is always my last option to go to. They always have what I need but the customer service isn’t the best. I’m never greeted when I walk in and I’m never addressed when checking out. Stark difference from the COVA right down the street.

I called to ask for help with checking to see if they sold a product and I was told to hold on..as Im holding on full conversations in the background of other customers..sad to say I had to hang up because apparently no one cared for the customer on hold...bad customer service...

This is the only Beauty Supply store I go too the staff is so nice and professional and I love the fact that Gospel music is always playing..

My daughter and I go here all the time. They have great prices and always have the newest products. The customer service is exceptional and everyone is so nice. That’s why I don’t mind spending money there.

They were very warm and welcoming; they also quickly helped me find exactly what I was looking for! They also seem very well-stocked (not a lot of empty spaces on the shelves). After asking for a recommendation for a non-flaky styling gel, they quickly led me to a new product that I havent seen anywhere else before! I was also told they receive new products almost weekly! This is an exciting new place for me to shop for my natural hair needs.

Came from out of town to look at a few beauty supply stores for hair for my daughters prom. I googled a few that we could start with. Based on the reviews and selection, we chose to stop here first. Very friendly, professional, helpful and patient! The woman who helped us was able to tend to several customers and still ensure customers were taken care of. We found what we were looking for. Thank you for great customer service. I had to leave before I spent more $$ they have lots of products and being the product junkie I am....I left without splurging.

Do not be deceived by the size or steet view the wig collection for synthetics is banging! They have such moderately priced items and the girl inside has great service skills! I don’t I’ll def be back for more great deals on jewelry, NYX and purses!
