Purchased 4 bottles of dye, decided not to dye my hair. Took them for an EXCHANGE, not return and was told I cannot exchange without my receipt. It doesn’t make sense customers cannot EXCHANGE YOUR MERCHANDISE without receipt.

They are getting better with customer skills.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!!!I called and asked for a product, and was told that the product was in stock. When my assistant went to the store and purchased it, the product was a TOTAL Different than what I needed. Literally 2 minutes later, I called and let J&J know they sold the wrong product, and wanted a refund. The store manager acknowledged their mistake, yet refused to give a refund. J&J is greedy when taking your Hard Earned Money, and act as though they “can’t understand” when you want your money back. I wasn’t the only person in store with the same complaint!!!! Evidently, cheating customers is how they make their money!!!!!

They are good for the small things you need. They have a slim variety of crochet hair and colors. I bought a wig cap here and they had a variety of them. Great in and out for the small things you need. Store is very clean and organized.

Please kind another place to shop. I truly hate going into the store because they are constantly watching a little girl who is 3 years old as if shes going to steal. Shes baby for heaven sakes and Im a paying customer. I just cant stand it.

I love love love this place! They saved me for my wedding day! They didnt have the weave my friend wanted me to get for my hair but suggested something similar, once i realized it wasnt the right length I called them in a panic and let me exchange it! I look forward to going this weekend up pick up some more hair and supplies to have my hair done again!
