Valparaiso Walmart vision center is the best .eeveryone there is friendly and helpful. One of the best pair of glasses. Since the last time in 2013. I would give them ten stars if I could. You will be impressed with there service. Thanks .Valpo Walmart

Went to the Valparaiso Walmart Vision Center for an eye exam with Dr. Koulterides and then got a new prescription and picked out glasses frames right there… They were ready in less than a week… Actually they were tinted brown, just a mixup and had to go back only a few days later and they had my glasses all set… Very friendly staff including the manager there and Rebecca took care of me like a baby…! All the associates there are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you… They have a wide array of frames including designer and name brands with a wide range of prices… When I go there, I’ll be asking for Rebecca again as she took such good care of me…. Couldn’t be happier with Walmart Vision Center in Valparaiso, IN…. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ +..! 💯👍

Penny, Eyeware Technician, did outstanding and professional measurement work for my new prescription glasses. As soon as I put them on to try the first time my vision was perfectly accurate. Very pleased how she measured and sent in my prescription numbers to the lab. Excellent, accurate and professional service from her.

Excellent staff. Dr Tsagris and her Opticians Margie and and Julie were friendly and professional. They tested, prescribed and fitted me with glasses that totally met my needs. Best experience I’ve ever had at any optical facility.

They have good staff to talk to and explain what you want. They want to give you a great experience, but I just experienced problems where they ordered the wrong size frames. However, I brought up the problem with them and they were happy to re-order them.

I hate to be that person, but I’m pretty upset that I had to wait 45 minutes for a pick up because I was ignored. Mind you, this is my third time trying to pick up my sample contacts since I can’t order new ones because I need an appointment. They didn’t even give my enough contacts for the time I have to wait, I guess I’ll be calling back in two weeks:/

I have been using this location for over 7 years. Have never had any trouble. They have a new girl working. Totally screwed up my order. Obviously I was a little put off. Woman treated me like I messed up somehow. Did not offer Im sorry or anything. Will not be returning to this location again.

They are very patient, professional, experienced, and friendly. They will take as long as it has to take to make sure your glasses fit comfortably and the prescription is right. On my 3rd pair and my family have a pair as well.

I already knew my prescription that I got around a year ago through training for the U.S. Army. However, I didn’t have it on hand and just had my GlassesUSA prescription card. This was because I’ve ordered a couple pairs online, and discarded the one the Army gave me. They told me that they needed a signed prescription from a doctor. I believe that this was just a tactic to force me in to paying an additional 70 dollars for an eye exam. That I do not need.
