Dr. Riggle is an outstanding doctor.He takes his time to listen to your concerns and will answer all of your questions.Mary probably has to be the best customer service manager.She treats everyone like they are part of her family.The staff is very warm and welcoming.The best part they all care. Now a days that is hard to find.You will not regret if you go here.

TERRIBLE- WILL NOT USE AGAIN AFTER BEING CUSTOMER FOR 15 YEARS!! Got call that glasses were ready. Arrived at Valparaiso store to find out only one pair was ready. Stood in store for 30 minutes while the girl went back and forth between myself and another customer. After standing there longer than anticipated, I told girl to call me when they had both pairs of my glasses ready for pickup. 10 days later, with no call received, I went to store to check on my glasses. The lady brought out both pairs of glasses and put them on desk in front of me. When she removed the first set of glasses from its case, the lens fell out on the desk!!! She told me to try on the pair of glasses that didn’t fall apart, while she went to back room to repair the broken set of glasses. After waiting 15 minutes for her to return, she asked if the glasses I tried on needed adjustments. I told her what adjustments I thought needed done. She took the glasses, and before she could make any adjustments she answered a ringing phone. She then brought the glasses back to me to ask me again what adjustments needed made, because she forgot after answering the phone. She took glasses again to make adjustments and while she was adjusting them, someone brought my other glasses to her. She asked me to try on the repaired glasses. I tried them on, and told her they were fine, because by this time I was frustrated and wanting to get to some of my other errands of the morning.

I had a great experience here, the Docter took plenty of time with me, answered all my questions, and was very down to earth! The ladies in the front were very helpful as well! I actually didnt find the glasses I wanted there, but I was very kindly told it would be fine to go somewhere else to find what I wanted. I was given my prescription and went home, went online and found the glasses I wanted, but I had to get the pupillary distance, so I called Vision Point back and asked if they do that, and was told yes, come on in we can do that! I didnt have to make a second appointment, they just took me right in and helped! I am really impressed with their customer service, my husband wants to go to them next time as well.

How long does it take for them to get my glasses ready? Its been 3 weeks and every time I call they say its still in process.

Was treated very well, was a bit of a wait but with covid, it set them back a bit. Treat people with respect, they return it... atleast thats my experience.

Two years running I have ordered glasses with a tint AND transition sunglass in them. Two years running theyd placed the order and when theyve shown up, no transitions...when I asked WHY both times have been told we cant do both. The issue I have with that answer is A) if they couldnt DO it, why was I CHARGED for both? and B) They reorder and miraculously IT CAN be done. So here I sit, waiting ANOTHER 3 WEEKS to HOPEFULLY get the glasses I ordered and was told I would be receiving.

This is by far the worst vision place ive been to. I literally just got off the phone with one of the ladies that answered and she was beyond rude. They were supposed to hold a pair of frames for my wife because after only owning the frames for a couple months, they came apart after spending more that $1,100 there. Literally the hinge made a perfect disconnect from the frame. After no one would help, I finally spoke to the owner. Rude is an understatement. Long story short, they never put the frames off to the side. They never made any notes that said such and now they claim they dont sell them anymore. They are so unprofessional its ridiculous! Stay away! If i could rate it 0 starts I would!!

I have always had good service at this store, but coming today I was in shock at the lack of professionalism displayed by the women at the front. They were talking loudly and gossiping about patients loudly at the front of the store, loud enough for me and anybody else in the lobby to hear. I am disappointed to say the least.

Staff is hit or miss, some are cool but most are rude. was picking out glasses when the guy made fun of my choice. its my glasses, not yours. way too stressful and expensive for cheap glasses and contacts. gladly getting my eye needs now from sams club :)

Store and the ladies that helped me find glasses were wonderful and very friendly. However, when I showed up for my 4:30 appointment I was told the doctor was running late. I wasnt too worried and waited. The doctor came out at 5:00 and proceeded to rush me through the exam (if you can even call it that). He literally, just had me hold up plastic eye cover and read the last line on the chart. There was no other equipment utilized during the exam. Ive had glass/contacts for over 20 years and Ive NEVER had a exam where they dont use the machine with various lenses and ask is it better at 1 or 2, etc. I even told him at the beginning of the exam I had been having headaches and dizziness. At the end of the exam I went to pay and he rushed by, said see you tomorrow to the women behind the desk and left before I could even check out!!! Clearly, he wanted to get out of there or was late for something. VERY unsatisfied with the exam and will not be going back to the Valpo location. I have to continue to use Vision Point due to insurance requirements.

Hands down the best Vision Store! The girls who answer the phones and check you out are very friendly and helpful. The doctor was great as well. We will definitely be back!

Tiffany is the least helpful, rude receptionist. She doesnt know how to perform her job efficiently and just hangs up on customers. 0/10

Fantastic experience. They were wonderful with my kids...helped them pick out glasses that were perfect for them. Now there is no fight to get them to put them on every morning and they are more than comfortable to wear them for the entire school day.Thank you Vision Point!

Went here because it was near my mechanic, and Ive regretted it ever since. First off, when I did the exam and picked out my glasses, they had made a mistake with my insurance which I had to call and fix, because their staff was too incompetent to figure it out. Their internet was down, so I had to call in the next day and pay. The original time frame for my new glasses was supposed to be two weeks, but after blatantly lying to me and blaming my insurance, i contacted them just to find out they hadnt mailed out the frames after two weeks. This place is a disaster. Avoid it and save yourself the headache.

Just want to take a minute and say, I was here this morning and I was treated so well. The ladies in the front and the Dr were all just phenomenal, and made me feel right at home and explained everything every step of the way. If I could give 10 stars I would!! Thank you all!!

They will try to hold your own prescription hostage to keep you from going elsewhere. Just asked for my pd results from my chart for my work prescription safety glasses. They refused even though i just bought glasses from them. GO ELSEWHERE THEY ARE ONLY ABOUT MONEY.

Workers are extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to get my glasses ready in one day. I definitely plan to go back for another pair!

Lens fell out of a pair of glasses because of faulty screw in the frame within 4 months of purchase. THEIR faulty product but another $130 out of MY pocket. They do not stand behind their product. Do not recommend doing business with them.

I went here due to them providing me with free safety glasses with a voucher from my employer. This last time I went in I purchased every day glasses with my free safety glasses. I received my safety glasses first and immediately stated something wasnt right. I was told to give my eyes time to adjust. Then I received my every day glasses just as awful as my safety glasses. Again was told to give it time. Over a week of dizziness and headaches later its not any better. I believe my prescription is inaccurate. Bottom line is that they just dont want hear that they made a mistake.

Went to get a new pair of glasses, was in and out within an hour. The saleswoman who assisted me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience!

Have been going to Vision Point for years, friendly staff, always eager to help find the best fit. Have used other optometrist in the area and my family will always go to vision point!

After coming here for years I’m done with this place. They’ve messed up orders in the past, canceled, or rescheduled appointments on me, and now my son’s glasses have broken three times in the last few months (stay away from Oakley!!!) he gets a repaired pair back, and they break again the very next day! After I’m told there is nothing they can do and need to be replaced (at my expense,) I’m ready to give someone else a shot at my family’s business.

Lenses scratch easily and they wont warranty their product.

Ive been going to Vision Point for over 3 years. I do not get the best service at the front desk as I would hope but I continued to go. Today, was the last time however. All I asked for was a copy of my prescription and I was treated very rudely. I left there with out the copy because they did not see the need to give me one. I was wished a good day in a most sarcastic tone. Their front desk workers are giving off a very negative attitude.

Dr. Riggle is a great eye doctor and have gone here for at least 5 years now, the only problem I have it the frames are over priced and glasses scratch way too easy, in less then 6 months I needed new glasses.

There are reasons for all the 1 stars.I would give them a negative number if I could.Save yourself aggravation and go somewhere else.
