This place seriously needs to be looked into for possible scamming employees. I called the Holyoke location to get pricing on a specific phone because I couldn’t get through to this location at first. Was given all the information I needed from Holyoke except that of one specific phone because it wasn’t in stock. I finally got through to this store and the man who picked up the phone was very dismissive straight off bat and told me there was a store policy at this location that they cannot tel pricing online. So I sent my son over to get the pricing and his pricing was over $200 MORE than what the Holyoke location said for the same exact phone. That seems fishy and doesn’t make any sense. Please look into this location and how they are running T-Mobile, seems like they are scamming customers.

Horrible service changed service got free android phone at the time they bragger about moto g stylus 128gb had then for 4 months has issues with not getting service anywhere I went went there they couldnt figure out the issue saying its the phone after them getting fustrated 45min later like no because when we went back to our old service all messages came back? Was never the phone they were to lazy to figure it out metropcs service sucks get straight talk !!

Not sure if the store has moved or Im just an old lady going blind but could not find Metro PCS in Westfield Mass near the plaza anywhere! Roflmao who is that

Visited the store today May 29th and great customer service with the 2 ladies. Both were wearing masks and were very professional.

They were quick when i went and got my new line set up in a jiffy. Much better than other location down the road.

Horrible unfathomable insane repulsive never never will go back unprofessional brought back lousy Alcatel phone they said theres nothing they can do $170 down the toilet. Said I needed to call the main office and to Google it cuz they didnt know it. And then they said do you mind doing this outside because were going to close up and run to the store. Made me stand outside with the door locked to call them while they ran over to get soda. I hate this place will never be back
