My parents and I were helped by Daniel a couple times. I was very impressed with his professionalism, along with his ability to talk to a customer like a friend. He did an amazing job of explaining to my parents what was going on with their phone and bill which I am very grateful for! Overall, one of the BEST phone experiences I have ever had to have!

My daughter came home from college yesterday and got some water in her phone, so she went to the Verizon store today to get help with transferring data from the phone with water damage to a working one. she was helped by a salesman but was interrupted by a woman who would not look up from her phone and made snide, unhelpful comments to my daughter while she was already with a different salesperson. This woman was incredibly rude and I would not recommend going to this Verizon store if you are heaving issues with your phone whatsoever.

Went in about 30 mins before closing to get a new phone after my husband and i tried to fix my 1 yr old iPhone (kept rebooting). I wasnt able to factory re-set on my mac through iTunes. Mike and Shane were GREAT! I was able to upgrade for A LOT LESS than I thought. In the future will def come back here. I was super PLEASED with how they handled everything.

I have always had great service at this store but yesterday was an exceptional experience. Tyler was the accounts manager that waited on me. I brought my husbands malfunctioning phone in. As we expected it was too old and outdated to be fixed. Tyler worked diligently to use credits & coupons to get the best deal for me. He was patient, professional & personable. We couldnt be happier!

I went to this store with a friend of mine who has learning disabilities to have her broken phone fixed or replaced and Daniel was the sales person who wait on us and did an outstanding job. He did not push a phone that was not needed but quizzed us on what my friend used the phone for primarily and then made suggestions. The phone was replaced and Daniel spent at least 90 minutes with my friend training and helping with learning out to use the phone. Daniel is a saint because as I mentioned my friend has learning issues so he had to repeat items 2 and 3 times. Daniel is a true saint and I hope gets recognized by this review from Cellular Sales corporate. I would go back to this store any time ( as long as Daniels is there ). Great job Daniel
I would give zero stars if I could. After some horrible customer service and having to have gone in 4 times because they hardly ever had any selection of phones in stock, the phone I had to special order got dropped on the pavement before it even got in my hand. They offered to give me $100 off the cost of the phone and $100 credit on my bill. Now that neither of these things are happening, they have told me they NEVER would have said this, even though I wrote it down and have the names of all involved. Now they are completely ignoring my email requests. Typical salesmen here, just tell you what you want to hear to make the sale and deal with the aftermath. If anyone knows who the owner or manager is so I can make a formal complaint, please let me know, because they are not responding to me.Update: I called the customer service number, they wasted about 20 minutes of time on 3 separate occasions pretending they were trying to help me and ultimately told me they couldnt issue a credit to me because they werent there and didnt physically hear the salesperson promise me the $200 in credits after he dropped my brand new phone on the pavement. So basically, they let their sales staff makes promises they know they have no intention of following through with and then tell the customer theyre out of luck. I will never ever use this location again, and neither will anyone I know if I can help it. So wrong of them to do what they did to me.

Went in the store, i went in looking for a prepaid phone and plan for my mother, they sold me a Phone for $149.99 that is listed on Verizon site for $99.99 and then charge me a setup fee of $45.00 with no warring.. Total $204 For a Prepaid phone an no service plan.
Changed carriers from ATT to Verizon in hopes of better service, however, we received the same run around with inaccurate pricing and service agreements. I was not given the appropriate information regarding the cancelling of ATT service and continued to be billed for months after changing service. We also were not provided with information to apply for warrantee of the accessories we purchased and needed to call back multiple times with questions about billing that were not clearly described by our salesperson.

My wife and I are very senior citizens who recently visited your store to buy our first smart phones. We were assigned a sales person, Daniel Lemay who was really fantastic. Apart from being very patient with two elderly, technologically challenged individuals, he knew exactly how to explain all our options in a manner that we could understand. After we made our decision on two new iPhones, he then took the time to set-up everything for us. He also gave us his personal phone number to call him at any time if we had further questions or problems. This verizon store is SO helpful. I stop in whenever I have a phone issue. Its mostly understanding how to use the phone and they are so willing to address my silly questions.
I have used this company many times in the past and have had an OK experience. I didnt have much to complain about nor cheer about until my most recent experience. They told me to buy all of this protective equipment (which I know is important and was fine spending the money on) But they never told me i had to register all of the protective equipment or the protection of my phone and refunds would be null and void... When I called for help they told me they train their techs to inform clients of registering process but when I told them no one explained this to me they gave no assistance and nor were they willing to help me. Thanks for your service, I will take my 10yrs+ of loyalty some where new...
Amy is the most calm, composed, knowledgeable representative I have ever worked with. She will hold your hand if you need her to, and walk you through every step of the process. Amy works solely on phone sales commission, but she was generous and patient with her time while resolving my customer service issue. She learned about my family’s lifestyle and suggested helpful solutions to our technology issues without pressuring me. And!!! She gave me her card at the end of the transaction, so that I can call her (on her cellphone!!) if I need her help in the future. Exceptional experience. Highly recommend. I went to this Verizon store yesterday in search of a newer phone and to sign on to my significant others existing phone plan. We sat down and talked with Ty DaSilva who answered all of our questions and took the time to listen to what we were looking for. He was not your typical pushy salesperson and didnt rush us into making any decisions. I highly recommend this store and this employee.Edit: 7/14/2020I removed one star. The screen protectors (Steel 360 Tempered Glass) they sold us for $45 a piece (we bought two, one for each edge+) are garbage! My fiance dropped his phone once and the screen protector shattered immediately. Verizon needs to seriously consider getting screen protectors from another brand. And the upcharge on them (price was not disclosed until after the recipt was printed out) is ridiculous.

They all worked together to help me, a total non tech person, get a wonderful new phone, transfer all my data and pictures, understand my plan, and save me money. I was anxious when I entered the store but before long, I was laughing and enjoying each of their personalities and good humor. I thank them for all of their kind help, which took over two hours. I went to Verizon to get a new phone and the service was amazing there. Val Moisand was the Verizon worker my mom and I spoke with and he was very easy and fun to talk to and really tried to involve us in everything and inform us of every deal or bonus we would be or could be getting. He wasnt overly formal about it all which also made the experience more enjoyable as he joked with us and talked about the fun things we could do with the phone I was going to be getting. He was also training someone named Sean, unsure as to his last name, but he was also very helpful in explaining things when Val was working on setting things up or over retrieving phones / cases for me to look at. Best service Ive had at any Verizon store.

Only good experience was the friendly woman, short brown hair. She was awesome.The what seemed to be manager came over to us while I was explaining what I was trying to do and what phone I wanted. I simply wanted the 11 in purple that’s it. Not only did they only have 1 red iPhone 11, this “sales man” proceeded to tell me there would be no chance that I would ever find a purple with the gb I wanted because it’s sold out everywhere. at this point I was so upset and felt as if he completely dismissed me and had zero skills in customer service. I’ve working in customer service for 10 years and would never treat a customer or employee the way he treated myself and the woman who was working with us. then he proceeded to say in front of me that I can change the plan and just pick it up on the west springfield store.After some thinking and horrible customer service from this guy, I said thanks anyway but for what I want I am going to west springfield.Went to west springfield, they had PLENTY of purple 11s with the GB I wanted, the man Bob was so nice and helpful, the woman on the phone who helped me transfer service, Jackie couldn’t have been nicer. So happy I didn’t settle for the westfield business.i want to reiterate than the young girl working here Sunday from 330-on was so nice and deserves to be in a better store with men who aren’t jerks because they are managers of a Verizon store. I’m sorry but that’s nothing to be a jerk about TRUST me.

First let me start with how my phone just died after an update so I had to go a whole day with out service and that was difficult. So I decided to go and stop at Verizon in Westfield Ma and they were great. Jordan was the super great sales guy who helped me. Not only was he funny and nice but extremely helpful. Got my phone upgraded and helped me retrieve all that I thought was lost. I will continue to use that store from now on. So I am telling you to go and see Jordan if you have any Verizon phone needs he is the BEST! Also I must say sorry for taking so long to post this great review.

My experience today was outstanding because the two reps with me were amazing. Anthony and Angela went above and beyond to teach me how to use a brand new phone I was unsure of how to use. Shysters. Daughter broke my phone. Went in to see about getting a new phone, and the cost involved. Said they were running an early upgrade deal for my model. Since I couldnt send my broken phone in, Id have to pay the $150 early upgrade fee, which was OK because a new screen for my phone wouldve cost $180. Did the early upgrade, had to upgrade my plan, which shouldve wound up being the same as I was paying. Then, they gave me a FREE Ellipsis tablet, which they were giving away with new and upgraded plans. I asked them SEVERAL times, this tablet doesnt cost anything, right? I mean, when you say free, you mean free, right? I get my bill a month later... $60 for the FREE tablet, $10 a month for a new line for the tablet, and the early upgrade fee is $199 instead of the $150 they quoted. On top of that, they were promoting a shady Russian movie website to download free movies... Obviously copyright questionable.
Jared was very sympathetic to issues with my phone and voiced an honest opinion of what I should do without trying to sell me a product that I did not need. He was pleasant and diligent to get my new phone up and running before I left the store.
The people here are helpful and outgoing. We had a long wait due to systems but they treated my wife, baby and I very well during the wait. I didnt back up my phone through google and they put my old phone aside so we wouldnt lose our valuable pictures. Great team here!
Some employees there are rude and have no knowledge or ability to provide good customer service!!! Yesterday I was in a hurry I only had a few minutes to ask someone there to help me. He smiled and said no problem. Then he looked at my account and started asking questions about my account that had nothing to do with why I was there!!! I repeatedly told him and his co-worker I dont have time today I will come back another day. He and his co-worker ignored my request to just please help me with the issue I came in to get help with!!!Then he proceeded to get up and bring me phones to look at !!! REALLY!!! I had told them about 10 times repeatedly that I dont have time for this. Then he asked me personal questions. Why dont I have time? How old is your son? Does he drive? I told him no. He asked why doesnt he drive? NONE of this is your business and its bad customer service. Im so ANGRY!!!

I went into the store a couple of days ago with a phone I had purchased on line. It was an unlocked and Verizon compatible phone. I have had Verizon for service for years. The salesman told me I couldnt use the phone because it wasnt Verizon compatible . Then tried to sell me a phone that would work for me. I just had a bad vibe. So today I took the phone to an independent dealer, our computer and phone repair guy. He hooked my phone up for me. It was indeed Verizon compatible. So the salesman at Verizon downright lied to me. Last time I will step foot in that store.i will go to rhe real Verizon store in West Springfield.

Drive to the Verizon Wireless store in West Springfield if you have the means. This place is a circus of rotating clowns that offer you plans and phones that are sure to change once reviewed by Verizon Wireless proper. I signed up for a 5th phone on my account and was told that my bill would only go up around $60 after entering a so called Family plan. I signed the contract for my bill to be around $340 (after trade ins and what not). Thanks to dealing with a 3rd party provider like Cellular Sales, my current bill jumped to $435 from $270. STAY AWAY

Decided to switch from Samsung to LG V40 ThinQ - Big Mistake!!! After the initial 14 day new purchase period lapsed, both phones began to glitch and have not worked well since. One has been returned but the replacement LG continues to fail.Not having success with this authorized retailer working with us even though we have been loyal Verizon Wireless and landline customers for over 10 years!Working w VZ Customer Service without success either... we just want to go back to Samsung... will even convert to Apple... just not LG for me!!!Less than 2 months into these $2k new phones!Just had to reboot my old Samsung bc my new LG refuses to send communications.And have been told if we did not use an independent authorized retailer, the VZ on Riverdale Road in West Springfield would have had no problem helping us.Help us if you can!Lisa

My grandpas first cellphone was newer than their newest phone on display here.Ok exaggerated but dont expect to get a feel for the newer phones before buying one. Most of the displays are empty. The whole place looks dry and barren. What a disappointment because I believe Westfield would be a great place for a good Verizon store. Totally wasted opportunity by Cellular Sales.I will say the that the reps did snap to attention and were willing to help with anything.Ill find somewhere else to take my business.
