Rachel was wonderful. Sadly Im a little older but I didnt feel that way when I left. I was given tips and tricks to learn how to use my new phone! I feel as though the grandkids could now ask me how to do something 🤣
We had a nice experience at the store, but the bigger issue was the lack of information on rebates we purchased our plan on. We were assured by the staff that we would be eligible for $600 in rebates and after 10 weeks of battling with Verizon to get any rebate money, were ending up with $300. I am not one to scoff at $300, but when we knew we had to pay $400 to buy out our phones and make the switch, we wouldnt have signed up at the time knowing wed lose money.Be mindful of any offers they sell you on because it wont be guaranteed!
This store is one of the best Verizion stores I have been in. Rachel is super friendly, and Johnny has been such a tremendous help in all my telecommunications needs. Friendly, yet professional. Always willing and ready to help. This store will go down in the record books as an excellent store. Im glad the people at Verizion choose the best employees!

Walked in the store and was greeted by the manager, I believe her name was Rachel. She was very friendly and welcoming! When we pulled up my account she discovered a way I could save on my monthly bill and also add a tablet, I had no idea! It was really refreshing to have a sales person actually try and save me money on my bill without trying to just make money off me. She gave me a few options and in the end, I chose the Samsung Tab A 8.4 and the $10 savings. While she worked on my account, we had some good conversation which I really enjoyed. I can definitely tell why she is the manager. Id give my experience a 10 out of 10 stars if I could. Definitely going back there for all my Verizon needs.

I came in to get a new screen protector and a new phone case and the service was amazing. Rachel immediately greeted me and made sure I felt welcomed in the store. Also the store was super clean!!! I would definitely recommend coming to this Verizon, and I’ll be back again when I need an upgrade.

Called to get information on purchasing IPhone. Eager to make a purchase I had to keep asking questions to get sales rep to act interested in making a sale. She said she was with a customer and would call me back. I said, “please do!” I knew immediately after we got off the phone that she wasn’t going to return my call. She didn’t even ask for my name or number. Awesome customer service. Much appreciated.

Ordered a phone through Verizon and selected this store as the pickup location. They did not have the phone in stock and just decided not to tell us. Jason offered no solutions and deflected the blame to Verizon when I called to check in on the status of the order. Might be a good idea to give someone a heads up when not being able to fulfill an order in the future.

I was extremely unhappy with the service or lack of service yesterday at the Westfield store. My daughter was locked out of her phone and was having issues with the phone getting hot with calls, charging etc. the male that we spoke with told us we needed to do a factory reset and call google support to see if she could get a new phone. I explained that I had no idea how to do a factory reset. After about 10 or so minutes he agreed to do the reset. When all was done he informed me that it that there was a $20 fee. I told him that he should be telling people that before hand and his response was that he was having a bad day. He did say that he would wave the fee if I agreed to buy our next phone from him. When I called the number he gave us to call it was about a pixel settlement and nothing to do with supportThis person seriously needs better training and a wake up call to provide better service.
This store was well kept and Rachel was incredible to work with! She was so knowledgable and took the time to make sure that we were in the appropriate plan for us, and received the phones that were best for us!

Staff were very helpful however they assume because your purchasing a phone that they literally bring out additional items that will protect and or aid in the functionality of the phone. I felt the items were being forced on me so I declined to purchase anything but the phone. I do realize they work on a commission base so understand why they do this however I felt it rude and pushed. Id have preferred questions concerning accessories be asked then provided rather than assumed.
Had a recurring error on my steam-powered Samsung phone. Max was patient and communicated clearly what he was doing to fix the problem. After some of his artistry, my old phone is a new phone again. Thank you, Max!

The young lady that helped us was dressed inappropriately and general appearance was poor as a representative for the verizon brand. Her pants were hung low which showed her underwear and hair was messy. The young lady kept pushing us for more expensive phones and dismissed verbally and nonverbally through eye rolling the phones we wanted to get because they were not the newest ones. She slouched in her chair while on the computer as she was relaxing at home. We were very unimpressed with our service at this store and this young lady. Her supervisor needs to address this issue and some retraining. I was so upset with her dismissive attitude, I had to leave and my wife took over. Unbelievable.
I came in with a frustrating phone issue that I was fed up with. Cole was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and I felt he cared about helping me. He was able to provide a solution that I was very satisfied with.
E’s what happened...We went to the location below to upgrade 2 iPhones...3300 E State Rd 32 Unit BWestfield, IN46074As we were purchasing, Alexis (manager) told us they had moved stores recently and there had been problems with UPS deliveries, however we wouldn’t have to worry since it WILL be shipping FedEx. I had the tracking for both shipments... one was FedEx.. the other.. you guessed it.. UPS. On the day of delivery, the tracking stated that the UPS delivery was being shipped back to the sender due to wrong address. It doesn’t end there. first we tried calling and Trevor the employee said well, you were warned. The first suggestion was a refund, however the manager later told us we could not get a refund nor pick up the phone that was delivered by FedEx. We tried calling three times that day and each time the manager said she was with a customer and couldn’t help (guess we aren’t customers). That night, she assured us the phone will be there same night as the district manager was picking it up right now. Without calling us back, it never arrived. She assured she would call back in the morning and let us know what was happening. She never did. We called at noon the next day, she said the district manager was seeing what they can do and she called back. She never did. A day later, she said she would order another phone but didn’t know what carrier or when it would be here. Frustrated, but polite throughout the whole experience, I called customer service at Verizon. I didn’t want anything other than to file a complaint, but he offered to overnight a phone and waive the upgrade fees. I wanted to wait until a refund had been given to me even though I’ve been refused already. I spoke with the manager about this, she denied that any of these things are possible. We currently have no apologies, no phones, no tracking, and the money has already come out of my bank account. She said she would call us today, but lo and behold, she’s off. It’s been six days.Update: verion wireless customer service had us on a 3 way call and you would be shocked at how I was talked to on the phone.... issue still not resolved
