The person we met was very nice had great deals and he very much raised my vote to a 5 star I think I would like to work with him.

Worked with Ricardo to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 12 Pro Max, it was one of the best experiences i’ve ever had at a T-Mobile store! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and even put my screen protector on perfectly! Highly suggest you go to this store and see him!

Wow!! We have been dealing with sprint for years and finally bit the bullet and went to our local T-Mobile store today. I can not say enough wonderful things about T Mobile and their associates. Chris, Hayley, and Justin were amazing! They left no questions unanswered and were an absolute delight to do business with. We ended up doing business with them because the customer service is out of this world and the prices can’t be beat! It’s so hard to find a great customer service experience now a days and they provided us with that! They honestly care and are enthusiastic about the company they work for. I brought one of my clients here so she could figure out information with her phone bill, she is a teenager and had lots of questions and struggled to understand Shina, the employee who was helping her. She was not patient with my client and when my client started getting upset because she wasnt understanding her, the employee made judgmental and rude remarks. The manager took over luckily and saw how my client was distressed and just wanted to know what was going on with her bill. Customer service and patience is key, no teenanger should be disrespected by an adult employee

The store is nice and big, very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I worked with Hayley I was switching 4 lines over from AT&T and she made the process painless and she was a joy to work with! The I believe he was the Assistant Manager Chris helped her and he was super helpful and hilarious. 10/10 experience!!!!!!!!

I love that there is a T-Mobile in town now. Saves me the trip. The employees there are all very nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming here if I need anything in the future.

I went to T Mobile to have an I phone looked at. Everytime I go there the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the Westfield, Ma store. Mike does a great job with his staff. I highly recommend going to that store to do business.

Got a new phone, and a new plan that included a tablet. Had a problem with the tablet I received, it wasnt working. Brought it to the store, and they went above and beyond to make it right. Store manager Chris is awesome. Id recommend anyone go here, wont find better service, or nicer people.

Im yet to have a positive experience with t mobile that had actually fixed a problem that Ive had. The people that work there are okay, but honestly, I cant wait to change providers.

What happened to good customer service. I went to this store 2xs in one week. Firts time I go in there the workers were busy with customers. Which was fine but neither one said a word to me. Not a I will be right or a simple hello. Finially after 5 mins of nothing I decided to leave. I then go back the a couple of days later. This time got greeted right away. She went through all my options no problem. That was till I said I would like to check Metro PCS. After going the I went back to get inof I neeeded to switch over. The same girl came over. When I said I was switching she gave me a hard time. Made it very obvious she didnt want to help me. Even though Metro runs on T mobile I am so glad to get rid of the crappy customer service t mobile has.
