Had differential oil and loose oil filter leak while on road trip in Jeep. Had an afternoon Nd a day before needing to leave Oklahoma City. Richard cheerfully worked me in, helped identify the problem, and fixed all but a pinion gear gasket that they didnt have tools to fix. They made temporary repairs and helped me understand how to manage the leak on the road. All work and diagnostics were professional and thorough. Fair prices and good work. Cheerful and friendly. Will go there again.

Customer service was excellent. I have no complaints about how I was treated or the customer service in general. However, I took my car in to have the studs replaced and they ended up needing to replace the hub assembly. When they were done, the check engine, abs, and traction control lights were all on and not properly functioning, and speed sensor in the wheel was not in range. I waited a total of four hours after my 11 am appointment for then to try and figure out why the lights were all one. I was told to go home and drive for a day or so and to bring it back if lights were still on. They are still on and now I have to take another entire day to go back in and have them troubleshoot it. I don’t intend on paying for them to fix it, as there were no issues with these things prior to service at Meineke.

They were professional and did a great job! Customer service is is important and these guys did a wonderful job answering any questions I had prior to them working on my car. They exceeded my expectations! I’ll definitely be using them again!

The process of booking and scheduling an appointment was very smooth and even provided available coupons at the time of choosing what service I needed. I really liked the real time diagnostics that are sent as they look over the vehicle and gives you a nice breakdown. They replaced a broken lug nut bolt that a tire place had inadvertently broken ( and paid for, I might add). I set an appointment. They were very punctual on getting to my vehicle and were quick to complete the work. The gentleman in the office was courteous and his answers were clear and simple. I went in for a problem with my exhaust. After spending a total of 1000 dollars for a exhaust leak and fuel injection clearing. Because that what they said the problem was . I still continue to have the same problem! They did not fix my issue they just fixed random stuff so they can charge me out of pocket.

No cold AC in July yikes!!! This will definitely be my to go to place from now on. After a two hours wait at Big O tires getting no diagnosis, saying everything was working fine and I needed to come back tomorrow for their master tech to take a look why it was wasnt blowing cold air. That was very disappointing! That night I seen a commercial from Meineke, gave them a call, set me up a appointment first thing the next morning... listen folks, I was there less then a 45 min. manager walked in! Mama, your air condenser just wasnt plugged in. ( WHAT ?) Something so simple as a plug coming undone.. I was jumping for joy lol. I just cant help but to wonder Big O, How was everything working ok? Hmmmm... Oh, well! I found me a honest, reliable, friendly, trustworthy shop at the meineke in Yukon. I normally dont leave reviews because well obviously everyone isnt honest now a days. But when I walked out with cold air conditioning and charges less than $30.00 I had to let the public know how trustworthy this manager running this shop is.. Go here first if you can, you wont regret it !!

I was in serious need of an oil change and came in on possibly one of the worst weather days in Oklahoma because it was the only time I was off work. I used a Groupon Coupon for a super cheap oil change ($19 Synthetic Blend, $29 High Mileage, $39 Full Synthetic) and got a $9.95 tire rotation. They also checked over mg car to let me know if anything else was in need of repair, gave me an idea of how much time I had left before I needed to take care of it, and didnt pressure me to do anything I wasnt ready to do. Richard and Brian were the only 2 working there this day because of the weather but serviced my car with a smile. They also dug my car out of the snow and gave me a push without and sort of complaints. I felt terrible for getting it stuck. Not only did they help me move my car, but they dug out ans pushed a mail man out of the neighboring parking lot without being asked. These two provided incredible, quality, and timely service in unfavorable conditions. They wont ever know how much their work meant to me. I would highly recommend Meineke of Yukon on Mustang Road.

Purchased a Groupon and used it the same day for a synthetic oil change. Didnt have an appointment on a Saturday but they worked me in. Total time spent waiting was approximately 2 hours which was not bad. Very professional service and excellent value! Very thorough and did not try to up sell for unnecessary items. Highly recommend!

Really appreciate having an honest place to take my truck to. I have an F350 diesel and thought that only dealerships would be able to work on them for me. I called And spoke to Richard at this location and he assured me he would take care of me. They exceeded my expectations in many ways. I dropped off my truck for oil change and let them know I would be back later as I had to go to Lawton for work. When they examined my truck they sent me a text that had pictures of my actual air filter and other items they noticed needed attention. I could approve or decline the service right there on the text. So I called to verify other shops that the price they were giving my on the items was accurate and the price was actually less expensive than who I called. So I was thankful for that. They closed at 6pm and there was no way I was going to get back in time so I called and asked that they just put the keys in the gas cap for me and I would pay over the phone. They obliged and when I got there at 7pm. Richard was still there waiting on me. Just to thank me for my business. That is the best customer service I have ever received and I highly recommend them for anything you need.

Only place Ive ever bothered to give a review on google. I neglected my car for far too long, needed new tires, oil, brakes, filters, and alignment. Was told I could pick up at the end of the day and these guys stayed late to stay true to their word. The difference in the alignment and brakes was night and day. They were honest, clear, and in my opinion fairly priced. 10/10 would recommend.

2012 Dodge Charger rt - Ive been dealing with this suspension and tire issue for so long Ive almost forgotten what a smooth ride is supposed to feel like. Meineke did a superb job from start to finish. New tires, suspension repaired, serpentine belt not screaming constantly, my car was officially not a pain to drive anymore. With the addition of the app, email, and text I was always in the know. I went into this deal thinking it was going to be a two day ordeal but to my surprise they got it done same day and super early so I didnt need to drive the wifes mini van to football practice. The gentleman that I was dealing with, Richie, assured me that I would be taken care of and helped me understand exactly what was going on and what was needed to get me back rolling again. You dont get that often these days so when it happens its much appreciated. Big thanks to the technicians in the lab who took the time to do things right for once and to the company/owner for bringing a business to Yukon that I can trust. If need, you definitely have a repeat customer!

We brought my Fiancé’s 2017 Kia Forte in for a break pad change since they were starting to squeak. I called and talked to Richard 4 hours or so before they closed and asked if they could get this done before they closed at 4 and he said they could. After we brought her car in, we got a text with a link to go view all the things they found during the inspection. We found out her front rotors were starting to warp, and a few other things that we didnt know were wrong.The awesome thing is they provided pictures on the link that you get sent to view the items they recommend you change along with notes about each item.Overall a great experience and we will continue using them for both our cars maintenance.

Will never go here again. Meineke tried to charge me $1800 for service that would not have solved my issue. Brought my car in for a vibration issue, they told me I needed all new shocks and struts to fix it, for $1800. I called another shop in the area, was quoted $700 less for the same service, and then the other shop proved conclusively that the shocks/struts were NOT the problem, it was the engine mounts. Got then engine mounts replaced, vibration resolved. On top of that, Meineke gave me the most expensive oil change I’ve ever had.Finally, with COVID infection rates at all-time highs, I was the only one wearing a mask in the lobby/office, even with the OKC indoor mask mandate in effect.

Arrived on a rainy New Years eve about an hour before they closed. They saw me pull up and opened the service door to the building so I didnt have to walk around to the front of the building in the rain. The gentleman who opened the door for me also helped me get the car fast tracked for an oil change. Once they were done, instead of parking the car outside in the elements they opened the garage door, backed out the car but left enough of it in the garage so once again I could get in the car without getting further wet from the rain. This interaction took 2 team members and caused the garage door to be open longer letting the cold air fill the garage. Many gentlemen were still working taking care of other cars still as I left right at closing on New Years eve. The work ethic was impressive and I have been to garages where I was uncomfortable because I was ogled but these hard working men were above that, thank you! As a noticer this place is where women can bring your cars and not get upcharged, in my opinion. Well be back with all our cars and I hope you choose to come here also.

Was extremely impressed with the immediate personal attention to my car needs. Came in with an abnormal engine sound and tire issue. Manager and team were very professional, and prompt to work me in. Manager was attentive, courteous and knowledgeable with every concerned question I had involving my car. I was in and out within 45 mins...with needed maintenance issues pointed out and discussed, oil change, new windshield wipers, and an all around inside outside veh maintenance inspection that includes electric report texted and emailed with pics of all veh concerns and suggested maintenance that was seen. I left with no abnormal sound in engine, car running and driving smoother than it has in many months. Will definately be back for further maintenance needs and normal routine oil changes etc in future!! Also did I mention they acknowledged and offered a very respectful Military Discount!
