Tom (the owner) and his team took amazing car of my truck. I asked for standard service and along the way they discovered an issue with my exhaust. I was kept in the loop the entire time, I received text messages requesting approval before anything was done to my Truck. In general this entire team was very professional, 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

They were very generous to us. My car was ruined by another oil change place and Christian brothers allowed us the use of their parking lot.Offered us water every time we stopped by to deal with the car.Also offered us a listening ear. I had a part busted off in my engine block and all these guys talked about was a new engine. They quoted $6k-10k for the new engine. VERY DISAPPOINTING for a place that CLAIMS to be so good.

Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had through a mechanic. The wife and husband were both rude and nasty and wouldn’t refund me for a part I didn’t even need regardless of the warranty. Wife of mechanic, Tom, constantly hung up on me while my car was still at the shop and having to deal with them was very inconvenient for business purposes. Tom, himself, was very negligent and condescending. Be cautious dealing with this place.

CB took amazing care of me fixing my transmission in my old car. It was over Christmas and they had my car longer than expected, they went the extra mile in getting me a rental.......now tell me what auto shop would do that for you! They are fantastic and honest, they wont sugar coat anything and will be up front before any work is done. I will always trust CB!!!! Thank you guys for your excellent customer service. Christian Brothers on Garth Brooks was outstanding in every way:1) Competency: Toyota Matrix that wouldnt crank. Battery had tested good, but who knows? They found the starter itself was the problem - sourced a replacement - and had it installed. No unnecessary wasted time in this job. 2) Communication: I was kept in the loop at all times. When the starter turned up bad they called and gave me a repair cost estimate (nice price on the job I might add). Then when the replacement part was in hand they called again with a time estimate, and finally when the work was finished they called again. Perfect!3) Speed: I dropped the car off on a Tuesday afternoon, and told them if possible it would be nice to have it done by the next day due to me having a plane to catch and wanting to use the Matrix for the airport trip. Their efficiency and skilled techs made this job happen on MY schedule for which I am very grateful. Fantastic work guys!4) Service: Their service center is clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. Everybody there is great to deal with. They gave me a ride home which saved a trip for my wife. They were excellent in communication the whole way through the job. They sincerely thanked me for my business, and did the job with perfect competency / efficiency / speed and attention to detail.Overall, its simply not possible to perform at a level higher than this. I definitely will be coming back!!

Recently had an issue with this company, was contracted by the owners and so far they seem to be resolving my issues. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES I strongly advise you to simply contact one of the owners (whom sat with me and had a very productive meeting) So far they appear very diligent in fixing these issues. Just simply contact them and they will see to it they you are taken care of and pleased.

The check engine light & starting issues occurred with my vehicle for over three years. I took my vehicle to the dealership & to several other shops. I was charged several thousand dollars & my vehicle still had starting issues. The last time I took it to the dealership, they told me only a $7k new engine would solve the starting issue. After 35 years of marriage, I became a widow. I felt I wasnt being heard & all the shops were out to just take advantage of me. I was very frustrated & didnt feel my vehicle.was ever going to be dependable. Christian Brothers on Garth Brooks Blvd told me they absolutely were going to figure out the issues & repair them. They did just that. They went above & beyond reasonable expectations to make sure they sent me home with a dependable vehicle & they accomplished that very cost effectively. I went to Christian Brothers Yukon for the first time for oil change, tire rotation and alignment check. The experience was a great one! Great customer service!

Came here for the oil change for single parents. They had stuff for my girls to do, food/coffee, and they were exceptionally hospitable. Cant thank them enough for the wonderful service. Christian Brothers has been a go-to for a number of different services while I lived in Texas and now Oklahoma. I never have to worry about the type of service I get when it comes from Christian Brothers. They are a huge blessing in my life!

Had vehicle towed to shop for alternator replacement. They quoted me almost $900 after having it dropped off. After I declined to have them do the work I called several other shops in the area and everyone was at least half the cost of them. When I went to get vehicle they charged me $65 for the estimate. Stay away and keep your hard earned dollars in your pocket.

These amazing people went above and beyond for me and my kids. I am a single mom who struggles just to pay the bills much less have extra for car maintenance. They had a free oil change for single moms thing going on. I took my car in for that and they not only did the oil change but let me know that my back brakes needed replaced and they were gonna go ahead and take care of that for me! I have always appreciated the Christian Brothers staff in Yukon.I have used them several times because they are quick to respond and I never had any issues with the repairs they did on either vehicle. They were so good at gaining my confidence that even when I dont live there anymore I still wanted them to work on my cars ....and they even have a rental for you to use sometimes. I will continue to use them when possible.

Had a fuel pump go out and had many people recommend Christian Brothers. Scott was so kind, explained everything, and treated me with great respect. I found my new mechanic shop. I thought is was great service for short notice appointment. I did not agree with the price. I was given a quote of $160 to add oil, freon and re-pressurize my ac system. When I took my SUV there. They hooked it up and said the pressure and oil was fine. Everything looked good except it needed freon, $155. I do not understand how just adding freon which took them 15 mins can add to $155 when doing the whole system oil, freon and re-pressurizing is only $160.Also there was a typing error. Instead of typing Jeep on my paper work, they typed Jeet. There are little things that do not really matter but if you going to be profession, all you stuff including paper work needs to be correct. Its been two weeks and my ac is still working great. Overall satisfied.

Extremely friendly group. I had my engine replaced in my vehicle and they had it in and out within about a week. Very fast, very efficient. The technician came in on his day off on a Saturday and work on my vehicle so that I can have it back in a quick manner. They are a little bit higher in price than some other places, but came highly recommended from several people. I had a concern that I addressed to them and they were able to give me an answer about that concern. I will be looking for them in the future if my car needs any other repairs done.

Charged me $1500 to change an alternator on a 2008 Nissan Altima, local dealer priced me $758 out the door and a local import car repair place quoted me $379. Checked the price for an alternator at automotive store, $269 christian brothers charges $466. Christian brothers charges $107 per hour for labor, check around and do your research and dont get scammed, here is an email from the owner:Joe, sorry for your displeasure with the price of the repair. Im on vacation with my family, but took the time to speak with Tom and Brian.After speaking to them both and listened to what each said, we have nothing more to discuss.I feel you are a victim of the circumstances. I understand that your repair was expensive, it sounded like it to me, but after getting all the facts, it was a fair price.Thank you for you time.Hey owner, thanks for listening to my side of the story and ripping me off. $1500 is fair, they make dealerships look like they are giving great deals and we know thats not ever the case. I know this doesnt have anything to do with them doing work on one of my vehicles but could be filed in customer service. I was getting married in the Yukon area and our grand exit driver had to cancel. My only idea at the time was to call local shops and ask if they knew of anyone with a classic car that could do it. Shawn asked around and called me back each morning until i was able to find one. Most places never gave me a second thought but Christian Brothers did what they could for a stranger with a request.

Traveling through Oklahoma from Texas on my way to Nebraska. When my starter went out on my van. The guys there Christian Brothers Automotive where amazing. Spent a good five and a half hours with the guys oh, they found out that the last people to work on my vehicle had done a choppy job, that included electrical tape! I called the from a repairman and Steve got on the phone and talk to them and had everything taken care of! Thank you guys for getting me back on the road with pretty much little to no cost to me, due to the lack of mechanical knowledge of the other guys!! We went there today for national service days they were doing free oil changes for military and my husband is in the army! Tom and his crew were absolutely amazing, so friendly and and they will have my business from now on! It took them no time to change my oil and I will not go anywhere else to get my oil changed now! Definitely recommend them!

I have been been to a few of the Christian Brothers locations and every time I have been treated with professionalism and honesty. The work that I have had done has always been top notch and they stand behind their work. Their courtesy shuttle is really handy too. Their prices are maybe a little more than some of the other shops in town but still cheaper than the dealership and I am usually able to get in and out the same day.

Tom, and his staff routinely treat me as if I am a member of their family. They do great work; their recommendations for repairs are second to none. They will pick me up when the repair is finished or they will give me a ride home after dropping my car off to get worked on. And the prices for repairs are great. I dont hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Do not bring any needed major repairs to Yukon shop. Oil change, air filter! All good, but other than that.Youll be spending hard earned dollars for not.O and whatever happens! Do not let on you know a little something about vehicles, Big insult......Safe yourself tons of problems and cash, Take it to the dealer.. Now I found out after 1900 0n 2 lower ball joints they installed with grease fittings that requires a special 90% fitting to get at it..Paid for top dollar parts and got below grade..AC Still not working!!...

I was pleasantly surprised! They were super nice people and the waiting area was the cleanest Ive ever seen. I got a full synthetic oil change and it only took about 30 minutes. It was nice that they had coffee, water bottles and Christian radio playing. I definitely recommend.

Christian Brothers diagnosed “the noise” in my front wheel quickly (wheel bearing was shot). They texted me the info and estimate; I texted back the work authorization. It was repaired and ready to go all in the same day. Great service, as usual, for more than 6 years.

These guys are great! They have done things for me that other places never would have even thought of doing including finding the right place in town for certain things that needed to be done and even accompanied me there to make sure things got done right. This place is a complete and total rip off! I myself am a technician. And I know when a Part is bad or needs replaced. I came in for a simple procedure. And was informed that I needed work done for hundreds of dollars more. The part that they recommended to be changed had nothing wrong with it. These people make a good living off of others ignorance. Get a second opinion before you give these people your money!

What can I say? They did a great job fixing my fan. Works perfectly now. They layed everything out for me, and it was easy to decide what I wanted them to do in that visit. They were very available to shuttle me as well. I highly recommend Christian Brothers!

Serpentine belt broke and had the car towed to the Yukon shop. Even though they were super busy, Tom’s crew was able to find the problem, change the belt and get me back on the road before the end of the day. Their customer service is spot on as they take their time to explain issues and give you the attention you need for any questions.

Christian Brothers are very knowledgable and call you at each checkpoint while working on your vehicle! James Brandt called and explained everything the technicians needed to do in order to fix my vehicles power steering! I was quoted at other dealerships that in oder to correct the problem with my vehicle it would cost me 2000 dollars. Im glad I took my vehicle to them! It saved me close to 300 dollars or more! RIP OFF! DO NOT go to this place! They wanted to charge me $1000 for something im now getting done for around $500 at a much better more friendly shop. Not to mention they tried to tell me i needed about $4500 worth of other services that i know the vehicle did not need at this time. The quality of service is outstanding. They stand behind their work an do a great job. If you want the job done right then these are your guys.

The second star is for the friendly staff.I took a potential vehicle purchase in for an alignment inspection. A lot of places dont charge for this, but the shop seemed reputable and Im willing to pay $50 for a vehicle I didnt own to be looked at.Not only was the list of necessary repairs inaccurate, the quote was 80% of the cost of the vehicle. Part markup generally is 30-40% in the industry, this estimate parts were marked up well over 100%.To top it off, when the tech was done with my truck the service writer told me 15-20 minutes and he would have the estimate ready. An hour and 15 minutes later it was done. Then he had the nerve to ask me for payment on the inspection. Anywhere else would have apologized and comped the inspection.Shops like this one are the reason why people do not trust the automotive service industry and continue to drag its name through the dirt. Im all for a business making a profit, but Im not going to give my business to a shop playing Christian music in its lobby while taking advantage of its customers. Its wrong.

Christian Brothers are SENSATIONAL AND THEN SOME. I was having problems with my Mercedes-350. Out of desperation, I was seeking a repair buddy who knew what he was doing. Well be informed they went WAY above and beyond expectations. I had pervious problems with other repair facilities in Yukon and out of pure desperation decided to give CBG a chance. Mercedes are difficult autos to work on but I was flabbergasted at what they turned out (see above comments). Truly they were everything they said they were and YIKES! Ive found a friend for the duration.

I have the papers at my house that I could show proof for. This is just another example of how much of a scam this place is. It needs to be shut down. Someone writes a bad review and you come back with we dont have you on file. What a joke. Dont go to this place people. Im warning you -Mr. AlfonsiREPLY: no this is the name I used. Why would I use another name? I was in 3 weeks ago, how are you acting like you dont remember me? I was there 3 days straight dealing with my car.. Im not even from Missouri. You guys need to update your records. This company claims to be Christian, but they are far from it. Any time they get a review that is not positive, they turn it around and act like this is not the correct store. This is the correct store. YUKON, OKLAHOMA. I know my way around Oklahoma. Did a good job on my front end alignment

They over charge and when I refused service they just parked my car outside and unlocked. They didnt put things back together like air filter and clamps etc. I would not recommend this place.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They got me right in, fixed up and on the road the next day. The 0% interest for 6 months financing for pricy repairs.

I dropped my car of to get an estimate for a new power steering pump and they called me up wanting $2000 to do extra work they claimed was nessesary. I told them I just want a price to have the pump replaced and they said it would $530, so I came to pick the car up and replace the $60 part myself but when I got there they said they wanted $89 for the estimate, so I started screaming at them to give my keys back before I called the cops and they handed them over. Dont go there, they are a bunch of con-artist looking to take advantage of you.

Christian Brothers did a great job repairing a stud on my back wheel. They also noticed differential fluid leaking from a seal and brought it to my attention. Had they not told me, it could have costed me more in damages later on down the road. Thanks Christian Brothers!

I was greatly disappointed on this visit. Had an oil change done, they called and advised that the air filter needed to be changed, I had them do it. To my surprise they charged $49.95 for the air filter part. I called and spoke to Jacob and asked if they had changed all of the air filters and he advised no, just the engine air filter. I should have bout it myself at WalMart for $15. I had always trusted Christian Brothers, cant do that anymore. Looking for a new place to get my car serviced.

Botched Alignment!Sent my wife in with our Subaru for a simple alignment, they ended up refunding my $100 because Tom said: he felt he could not make me happy! Here are the facts where they messed up.1.) Had the wrong vehicle specs, thought my car was a different car.2.) Told my wife they needed to order camber bolts and add $350 to the bill. (classic up-charge)3.) Told me the factory camber bolts could not be adjusted enough...They didnt even try! I painted a white stripe on the bolts for reference...the paint was still intact! The factory bolts are adjustable and work fine for stock, OEM suspensions.4.) I asked Tom to leave the car stock and do the best alignment they can with the factory bolts, he said OK.5.) After my wife returned home,I inspected the camber bolts and saw they were un-touched. I called them to confront them about not even trying to adjust the camber. At this point our phone call went into refund our money mode. I was not mad or upset, just stating the facts. After busting them with my painted bolts, they decided to refund me, because they could not make me happy.In the end they seemed to lay the blame on me for not being happy? How ridiculous is that? This is not about making me happy! This was about them messing up an alignment, I just want the facts told.I do appreciate the way Tom handled this and his overall character was good and professional, refunding our money. Will we use them again?...no. Will we recommend them?...no

Fast good service friendly

Unfortunately we took a vehicle there recently and had a horrible experience. We were basically told by the tech doing the work that the care was totaled and we should sell the car to some “teenage kid” (actual verbiage used). Concerned we sought a second opinion and the car was not a totaled case but rather $200 in minor repairs.Never again.
