Easily the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. Manager was Jesse and I met 3-4 crew members who were all fantastic! Everyone was polite, thorough, and eager to answer any questions I had. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m in El Reno! Thanks guys, my first time experience couldn’t have been better!

Now then, Ive heard that my experience may have been the norm.I did go about 9:00 a.m. and there was only one other vehicle there at the time. They had me drive in, they changed my oil (they even substituted an upgrade on my oil since they were temporarily out of the one they had discussed with me on the phone, but did not charge me extra), they topped off my fluids and put air in my tires that were not up to the recommended pressure. They worked as a team and it went as smooth as silk. I did pay $44.?? which included a discount they were running with the synthetic, but well worth the service and saving time.Superb job Take 5, Thank you all.

The customer experience was FANTASTIC! they were fast and really nice! Dylan asked us if we wanted drinks and was personable! Then we had Kaden and he did a quick job, he was also very personable. We will definitely be coming back here! The service was impeccable 🤌🏼

I have been going here for years & I am used to going into the lobby and having a cup of coffee while I waited on my oil change. Now you dont get out of your car, and during these summer months I dont like to be sitting in my car sweating while my car is turned off. They also asked if I needed my tires air pressure checked? I guess I took it for granted with the old owners that it was automatic along with a quick vacuum of the car. I was disappointed, and will not be back.

This is a new business in the place I had my oil changed before. They had a 20 dollar off special which brought my cost down to 95.00. The former business did my oil change for 74.00. Probably will no go back because of that increase as I couldnt tell in difference in the time it took or quality of service.

Very friendly, quick, proficient, did not pressure my husband to buy extras like other places do but he did notice them making suggestions which is great. We are new to the area and we like to find a spot to regularly take our vehicles to and I think we found it in Kwik Kar Service. I also experienced good customer service when I called to see how busy they were before heading that way. 😊

I will never take my car anywhere else! Kwik Kar is the absolute best in town. They care about their customers and always take great care of our vehicles. I’ve been to so many places in town where after an oil change I have so many other charges because they just want to make an extra buck. At Kwik Kar they never try to sell me anything more than what my car needs. They are quick and efficient and always so kind! I can’t recommend them enough!

This was the only place we USED to take all of our vehicles service is usually spot on the best I would have said before today. Opens at 0800 on Saturday 12/26/2020, shows online it’s still open, myself and about 4 others waited until about 8:45 until we all decided to leave. We are all at Valvoline down the street now and almost finished.New place for oil changes moving forward has happened.

They do your oil change when it is due and they don’t do your oil change when is not needed yet. There is free top off fluids and oil also in between oil changes for free!

I took my new car in a few weeks ago for an oil change and they did really well on it. This was the first time I took it somewhere other than the dealership and they put it in as a 2019 instead of a 2020. I never got any scam calls about the car until I went there. Now, a few weeks later, I’m getting around 6-10 scam warranty calls for a brand new 2020 car that the scammers are calling a 2019. Coincidence? I think not. Great service, bad info keepers. Hopefully they aren’t selling customers information...My stars are rated by the service and not by how annoyed I am about the robo scam calls. Highly recommend if you don’t mind scam calls.

This place is great. I have never had to wait very long for any service requested, especially oil changes. I do not understand why other places take so long. Some places will tell you there will be a three hour wait if you dont make an appointment. Then when you try to make an appointment, it is almost never your first choice. Save yourself some time, and just go to Kwik Kar.

Took my car in for an alignment they told me that it would be $74.99. When I went to pick up the car it was $159.97. I ask why they did not call me when the price changed they told me they did not have my contact number. The funny thing is they are the only ones that have ever changed the oil in that car. I showed up to get my car and I ask to make sure that car was under my name and they said it was already was. I call to talk to the manager and he said he would do some checking and call me back and guess what he never did. The owners say that they are consumer in the community and they do the right thing. It would seem their business does not always do the right thing.

Went yesterday for a oil change and they had us in and out VERY QUICK! Manager Elijah is very nice & professional was willing to go out of his way to fix something for us, will definitely be regular customers here on out!

Ive been going to Kwik Kar for years. In my experience they have always been fast, polite and reasonably priced. As a bonus, they have always provided maintenance suggestions, but never pushed an upsell.

Really amazing place. The staff is wonderful, Eric was really helpful and professional. I had broken a tab to open my break light and he was able to get it on for me without any hassle. The staff is friendly and never try to hustle customers like many other places. I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and will continue to do so. I stay in Norman for school but still drive all the way up to Yukon to get my oil changed because of the service they give. Next time your in give a shout to Eric.

I’ve used several Kwik Kar locations over the past 9 years. I currently use the Yukon location and have for approximately 3 years now. They are very professional, very courteous and, even during busy times, very fast! The waiting area is very clean and comfortable though you generally won’t be there long! I would definitely recommend Kwik Kar Yukon for your car care needs.

The workers are always super friendly! Anytime I need air in my tires they are always happy to help! And oil changes are very affordable! If they say it will be a 30 minute wait, it will be a 30 minute wait!

I went in right before they were closing and had two lights out . One was a headlight. There were two men that jumped right in and got them changed and I was out in 5 minutes. Super friendly and efficient. So glad they are in Yukon! Great job.

Im never going back to Walmart again for an oil change. I own a Prius and its like the Walmarts in Oklahoma just dont understand them. They cant ever turn off the change you oil light & they change my mph to kph.... This place I was in and out under 30 minutes. My light was off. It was still MPH. Amazing.

Oil change was fine but didnt really need the car returned with black shoe/boot prints clearly present on my drivers side floor mat which were not there previously. Advise you put something over your floor mat before having oil changed at this facility. 9/19/13.

First experience at Kwik Kar- great friendly service. Michelle at the front was very amiable and helpful. I came after work around 5:30 and my oil change took 10-15 minutes. I love this place because you get in and before you know it, you are on your way again. They also check over my car so well. The last time they apologized to me for not being able to vacuum inside of my car. Their vacuum was broke. Thank you for being there.

Very fast service. Despite their speed and intensity the staff is still very polite. I figured Id see the usual, one, maybe two guys pull the car in pop the hood do their thing and roll on. In fact 3 or 4 people descended on my vehicle. The oil was changed but they also cleaned all the garbage out of my car, checked my lights and washed my windows. To top it off apparently I had dropped a dollar bill and they had tucked it neatly into my cup holder when they could have very well made off with it. Throw in a very neat and well kept waiting area with complementary coffee, snacks and a tv and it was a very, unexpectedly, pleasant visit. Every company should stop by Kwik Kar of Yukon to see how customer service is supposed to work. Im moving back to Iowa can I take Kwik Kar with me!?

Always great service here, awesome staff, the plus factor for me is FOX News is always on the TV in the waiting area which insures me this is a Republican Owned business and that I’m getting REAL oil put in my engine and not that Fairy Dust and Unicorn Piss stuff that the Liberal owned place down the road uses

After the second time of failed service i decided to post a review. First time after asking for power steering fluid to be checked, they did not top it off. This last time they charged 41.00 for wiper blades and one was the wrong size. i dont mind paying more for service - just get it right. I called and after i complained about this the guy said have a nice day and hung up. well good bye to Kwik Kar for me and my family.

Kwik Car Service of Yukon is the absolute best in the entire OKC metro in my opinion. I have taken lots of work to Mark and his team over the past 10 years and I have never been less than 100% satisfied with their fair prices and professional work.

If you decide to bring your car here, keep a close eye on what you have in it. We had a $500 worth of stuff stolen from our car. We brought it to the attention of the managers and they refused to look into it. instead of being helpful the continuously made excuses and changed their story around, Im guessing they are trying to protect some of their employees.

Mark and the team are 1st rate, not just oil changes but did a great job on some mechanical fixes and brakes on my kids cars. They are the first call when I have a problem.
