Amazing customer service. Definitely worth a visit! The gentleman was very generous and offered me a chance to play some incredible instruments. He was hesitant to let me play while he was on the phone, but he allowed me to use headphones on a digital piano instead.

Very pleasant purchase and delivery experience with Piano Distributors. Alex Mori was pretty responsive when I first reached out via email/texts and answered all my questions timely. He was even more helpful when I went in store. He showed me all the models and I got the chance to see and try on each one I was interested in. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about pianos and about Yamaha. I learnt a lot from him. He listened carefully to my concerns and gave a lot of valuable opinions too.I was beyond satisfied with the delivery too! Daniel was very kind and responsible! We have stairs at home so he and his team thought and worked pretty hard to get the piano lifted/moved safe and right. I truly appreciate their care and hard efforts.I cant thank the team enough and rave more about my experience. If you are looking for a piano, choose nowhere but piano distributors. Hornestly, i never want to put a review like this. I do business, i understand how hard to earn a credit. But Im so disappointed with their after sales service.The pedal of my piano has noisy clicking sound after 2 years, It has 5 years warranty. I have contacted with a service man name Bill. He was pretty nice at first when asking information of my piano, address. He asked me to wait for 2 weeks or more to get it fixed. My daughter had recital and asked him if any chance to get it done within 2 weeks, no response from him. It has been 3 weeks now, recital is over, he keep quiet and no feedback.

I have had experience with Piano Distributors since 2012 when we purchased my C 1. Since then we have had to store my piano through two moves. Both times Daniel Grant moved, stored and kept watch over my piano (and my bench) for two long periods of time. I knew my piano was in safe in his hands! Earlier this year we bought a CLP 785 from Tony Merritt. He worked with us to get the best price and delivery time. He also helped me with questions I had about the CLP performance and even came to our home to demonstrate the many functions. Last but not least, their piano tuner Jeff Gatto also tunes my piano. I have been very happy with his professionalism and knowledge of pianos. So if yourre looking for a great piano buying experience, Piano Distributors are the best.

Went to check out digital pianos and this location did not disappoint. From budget to premium models, Alex Merlo patiently walked through features and actions of the many available Yamaha models (a flavor for every taste) with me, and then followed up as promised with some extra information even though I didn’t commit to the sale.
