My daughter and I came in for new phones. My salesperson was very knowledgeable, even only being here for 3 weeks. Seems like she was there for years. She knew all the answers that I asked and gave me every possible discount. The total experience was awesome and she did great. My follow up salesperson was also very personal able. I bought my last phone from Best Buy. I was a long time Verizon customer, but was talked into going to ATT.Best Buy didnt port over the number correctly and it cost me money to rectify the situation. Zero customer service following the sale. Went back to Verizon and my salesman Willie was AWESOME! He explained everything, and helped me find a phone to address my medical condition. Getting phone service is never fun but Shane made sure it was. I normally could care less about these things but I need to call out what a great guy he was. Got my family and I hooked up quickly, handled everything professionally and I feel the need now to be best friends with him because he is that great of a guy.He told me he is willing to help me move, watch my kids, cook me dinner, whatever I needed to make sure I was taken care of. You cant find customer server like that these days. If you are looking for a phone, man up and go to Shane.You cant miss him, he said hes from S Africa but my ear for accents says he is from Australia or England, or some kind of place outside the US. Our sales rep was pretty dry and overall not the friendliest. I came to Verizon store, 2207 State Street New Albany. My new phone had not been working properly. Customer service representative was very helpful, in using warranty. That phone had same issues. Now- I come in very frustrated that I STILL have a phone that doesnt work properly. Customer service rep, was very helpful, in getting me another phone with warranty. Different brand of phone all together. With as frustrating as this process has been. Im pleased with the outcome. I hope my new phone will work properly.

My experience as this location was polite, professional and very pleasant. The staff was more than accommodating to my needs as requests, and my salesperson was patient, kinds and knowledgeable of the products and services. The last time I went to a Verizon store, I was treated very poorly and forcefully. I walked out. This store the was the complete opposite. The workers were polite and earned my business. Today I switched from my flip phone to a smart phone. They were patient in explaining how to use the new phone with all its features. I now only come to this store because they serve their customers so well. The store is clean, and even with all the talking they kept masks on the entire time. Definitely come to this store if you need any help with your phone. Were treated like human beings at this store.

My husband recently purchased a Galaxy Watch for me as an anniversary present. Everything was properly functioning with the watch until I wanted to make calls on it while away from my phone. We took it back to this location for service. Upon entry a rep was ending his shift for the day and was headed out. His name was Alex. He remembered my husband by first name for starters. He also was extremely friendly and professional I might add too. Anyway, he stayed 2 hours PAST his shift time just to ensure that that feature worked on my watch. I came into this store because someone stole my phone at work. They reps here helped me pick a good phone and set things up for me. They were even able to get contacts restored. The service here is good, and the store is clean. Workers are wearing masks with hand sanitizer on every desk. Id recommend this store to anyone who needs help with their phone.

I switched to Verizon from AT&T a few years ago and have never been disappointed; however my experience with my Verizon Associate last week was amazing. Michael Becker at the the New Albany, Indiana location went above and beyond to provide me with the information I needed to make the best decision for me and my budget without any pressure. The best thing was that he did it without it being a three hour event. Very knowledgable about the products and the services Verizon provides. Hes a keeper and Verizon is lucky to have him.
