Came in to this location 20 minutes before store closed to upgrade a device and Sam was absolutely wonderful!!! She is very knowledgeable and made the process seem less and enjoyable. She even stayed past closing to help us!! Definitely go back to Sam if we ever have any issues or make future purchases.

Went in cause I was having trouble with my phone and bill. Was a little frustrated but by the time I left, it completely disappeared. The customer service was amazing. Sam took care of everything with no problem and made the experience a treat. Definitely will go back and see her if I have any more problems or need something.

Sam was very helpful and dedicated to finding us the best discounts. She even went the extra mile in writing down the instructions to redeem an online rebate. We were able to switch from another phone company to Verizon within a half an hour. This location is highly recommended!

Unknowingly came in about 30 minutes before they closed, and Sam helped me upgrade to a new phone without any complaint! She worked about 30-40 minutes past store close, was super helpful and polite, and had my new phone up and running with all my apps/pics/contacts/etc transferred before I left! I’ve been with Verizon for about 3 years and they never let me down but today I decided to update and let me tell you Tyler at the New Albany,IN location is the man to the go not only is he quick but he’s straight forward and saved me a couple of dollars so if you looking to upgrade or switch over come to the New Albany,IN Verizon location and ask for Tyler he will send you out the store very happy!!!

I just went into this store to see about my broken phone. One person was working and she was with a customer. I waited for about 12 minutes before they were finished. In that time, I was never greeted and never told that it will just be a few minutes or anything! She barely spoke to me to help me! She did access my account and gave me a website to file my claim. So I guess she did help me, but she made it awkward and weird without any conversation. I tried to start a conversation but she never answered me. So sad because this Verizon store is close to me and I thought it would be nice. But I will be going to a different location for any other needs

I came in to pay off and upgrade my phone. Andrea was so helpful and patient. She gave me all my options and price differences when asked. No sneaky salesman kinda thing. If you have Verizon I would highly recommend coming here.

I have talked to Verizon about what I experienced at this Verizon location. Want to start off by saying customer service means everything to me and it will make or break a business. I was in the store about a week or so ago it was one person in front of me .the lady working asked me how I was and told me she would be with me shortly. The person that she was working with told her that she can only do one thing at a time and she needed a new phone now (very rudely) . I watched the Verizon employee explain all her opinions to her and she was still combative and rude .From my understanding the lady broke her phone a week after she got it and putting blame on the Verizon worker that’s has nothing to do with it. I’m not sure what the final verdict was but she got up yelling as she walked to the door and the the employee was still sympathetic and was apologizing. I felt so bad for her. She was the the sweetest person she helped me and got me a new phone. We talked about our grandkids. I even stopped by yesterday to see if she was at work just to say hi. This location has a GEM . I would’ve have never been able to hold my cool after all of that. I can’t remember her name but I do want to say the young looking black lady that I couldn’t believe is a grandmother is awesome, thank very professional. I even tried to give her a tip and she wouldn’t take it. She said thank you but I was just doing my job. This will be the only store me and my family will utilize.

Andrea is the best Verizon representative we’ve ever dealt with. We had some crazy scenarios dealing with upgrading a phone, and she handled with grace and professionalism, with a side of fun! Switching to Verizon was a nightmare, they gave me the wrong number, attempted to charge me to switch to my original number. Then because THEIR sales associate put in the wrong number they did not send me the promotional gift card for switching providers as they were advertising. When I called to get it addressed I was given false promises that they were going to fix it.... rest assured they did not. I called and was promised it would be fixed twice but it wasnt.

Stopped in today to ask if there were any plans that would better fit our current needs. The manager Jeremy was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to decide what we wanted without any pressure from him. We happened to be there at the same time as my parents, who needed a new phone. Jeremy walked them through their options, and even went over some tips to help prolong the useful life of their new phone (which, obviously, is not necessarily in *his* best interest, though it is in theirs). When my moms blood sugar started to drop, Jeremy was very solicitous in making sure she got what she needed to stay well.The staff at this location went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. When I next need service from a Verizon store, I will most definitely pass up other Verizon locations and come back to *this* one instead!
