Had a issue with my IPhone went to my regular boost store and she couldn’t help wouldn’t even look at it sent me to iPhone store or a cellphone repair I called boost on state st lady said she would look at it. Very nice people had phone unlocked rather quickly this will be my local store for now on

I went into the store downtown New Albany today because despite having purchased and loaded a topup card my phone remained in suspended mode. Male store rep told me others reported service down but he couldnt articulate info as to how to move from suspended mode to active or how long nor how often it happens. Further, when I asked about a particular phone he said Yes we have it but he just rifled through a bunch of papers & was unable to provide even ONE fact about the phone. Except we used to have a dummy phone in the store. How that is relevant to a person interested in buying it? - Idk. I asked the price, he could not even provide that. Ummm WTH is the point of paying someone to sit there in the store - him not even remotely able to pretend to have any knowledge or interest in the service. Worst of all he got rude when I expressed Im still doing 6 ft. UGH!! POINTLESS to stop in there. They did not have the phone in the store so pointless for him to come from behind the counter & approach me so close when he had -0- info regarding the phone I was interested in. He coulda looked the phone & $ up online and at least PRETENDED to know SOMETHING but nope, he was too busy trying to simulate a creepy used car salesman.

They do not open at the time it says caused me a big inconvenience made me late for work and almost lost my job thanks to them not opening at the correct time

Tristan and Eve were very patient and helpful with me and my family. They made sure all of our needs were met, and answered all of our many questions, before a dollar was even spent. Our time together felt like it was with close friends, not someone who just wanted our business. I have been to many Boost stores ever since 2015 and out of all of them, this was the most genuine experience I have had. If anyone deserves your business, these two do. If we are ever back in town, I might pop in just to say hey. They are good people, and Boost is privileged to have you both. Thank you!

Only reason they got a star is they had the phone i wanted, my expierence was horrible, hubby and i got the same phone easy pesy not at all took 2.5 -3 hours for them to set it up and screw it all up at the same time, i ended up fixing mine to where it worked properly, the boy there worked on my husbands phone and managed to delete all his numbers and had the account set up wrong. Was told we were on unlimited family plan which wasnt the case. I got a msg about a month later we were out of data, being i was closer to the clarksville store we (hubby and i) stopped in there. The gentleman there super awesome be looked over the account showed it was a grandfather account that hasnt been used in years and didnt understand how they set it up, he fixed the account and got my data working correctly on my phone in about 10 min. Eastern Blvd location rocks this is definitely our home store now.

Eve and Tristan were awesome getting my 5th line hooked up and they worked as a team. I would go to this store over the one on grant line. Everyone should go to the store on state street for the best service!!!!
