Rude customer service, the woman working the window was incredibly disrespectful. I’m a daily customer with Starbucks and I’m new to this area. Would have came back here a million times but this initial first encounter with this Starbucks completely made me give up Starbucks. I’ll never spend my money with your corporation again because of the lack of respect your employee shows. I work in the customer service environment and if one of my workers talked to a customer like this she would be fired.

Too many germy filled rugrats ordering refreshers with lemonade, makes me uncomfortable. wish there were chocolate chip muffins...man i love chocolate chip muffins. oh and that little guy who usually closes 8 days a week is extremely cool.

Terrible service. Ordered a matcha latte and got it not even 2/3 filled. The barista claims it’s company policy, with no ice to not fill all the way, and proceeded to argue with me. Starbucks are you telling me I’m paying $1.66 for ice in a cup???? The drink costs $4.95. Are you kidding me??? Terrible terrible terrible. I’ll never go to this location.

Drinks are good. Big hangout place for kids, so somtimes the wait times are way to long. During busy hours the drinks can get messed up, but baristas are absolutely great and very kind!

Very clean and the staff was all very friendly. Theres plenty of street parking and you can place your order ahead of time to avoid waiting in line.

Cozy starbucks that was recently renovated. Usually well staffed so not a crazy wait. Outdoor seating during warmer months. 4 instead of 5 because they need more seating inside and no free parking unless you come on a Sunday or before 10a since all of ridgewood is metered. Friendly staff.

A classic Starbucks in a great location. The employees are all great especially Tom who went above and beyond. You get the feeling that the employees all have fun working there. One a practical note there is a parking lot behind the Starbucks that can be accessed from a side street and there is a back entrance to the store. From the front there is street parking, but it can be hard to find. They have some seats and tables inside and all the classic drinks you know and love.

Mich faster then the normal Starbucks you would stop off at in the mall. They keep it moving here getting the orders out fast. Everything here is like any Starbucks you would expect just much faster and to be honest cleaner lol. They are a cut above the other ones and a pleasure to stop here when Im around. Other stores should visit here to learn from them

Great Starbucks. The baristas are friendly and the location is lively. They have a Clover machine so you can have some of the exotic blends that Starbucks offers.

Kevin (District manager)and Stephanie(store manager) do tireless work in keeping this very busy store a wonderful place to enjoy coffee and be with friends.

I love this Starbucks. I have a Starbucks right in my town, but I always drive to this one (usually once a week with my busy schedule). The service is great, fast, friendly, and they play great music :>) Good place to do homework.

The staff here is very nice. They also have a small outdoor seating area, so if the weather is good you can relax outside. The indoor seating is sufficient, although I wish there were more of it, Ive never had an issue getting a seat (I also dont go there during busy hours). Parking, on the other hand, isnt always the best, but thats to be expected in this area. This is your good, run of the mill Starbucks.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. It was 10:45 pm and me and my friend were going in quickly to use the bathroom and the employee tries to open the doors on us while we are in the bathroom saying for us to get out. Me and my friend were in the bathroom when the employee guy threatened to call the cops. He even started calling the cops while we were in the bathroom. We literally had to run with  are peep in are pants. Leaving the door he said if we ever went there again he would call the police. That is illegal to threatened to call the police just cause we were using the bathroom at 10:45 pm. Starbucks closes at 11 pm even if they were closing they could have been nicer and the fact that we suffer from anxiety after this occured we had anxiety attacks. Never again teach your employees boundaries and space and respect please. The man chased out of the store we felt so unsafe we should the call the cops on him for making us feel so unsafe.

Today I went to Starbucks with my two friends and I ordered a breakfast sandwich with a small decaf iced coffee and I got my sandwich and I got no receipt and when my iced coffee got to the counter I was still waiting and then 10 minutes later she finally told me that my decaf iced coffee was really and she over filled my drink and because of that when I opened the lid to put some cream in it, it made a mini mess and when I closed the lid and added the straw a bit of my drink spilled out because it was overfilled and the mess wasn’t my fault. The service is terrible. I will never go to this Starbucks ever again. And when I asked for a sandwich they said they didn’t have and the employee was being very rude about it and then I asked for a different sandwich and she gave to me. I will never walk into this Starbucks ever again. And the lady serving me was very rude and she was really getting under my skin.

Cool place with good drinks. All the baristas have a sense of humour, theyre nice and friendly. Cold in summer, warm in winter. Perfect all the time.

This ridgewood Starbucks has the best staff at any Starbucks I’ve been to! The manager Stephanie is wonderful! All baristas are always friendly, willing to make drink suggestions, and always move at a fast pace even during rush hour. For the quickest experience, order ahead of time during busy hours.

Ive only been here once, but it was very quick. Its a big place, so you can usually find seating when its not crazy busy.

My grandmother went in at 930 to use the bathroom..and was told she could not use it since they were cleaning it.which was bs....thus she craps in her pants..look forward to a nice law suit..and the manager doing hard time pretending to be humain.

Very good service, I left my wallet in store and after calling several hours later I was informed it was in the store safe. I picked it up afterwards and all my money was still inside.

Another one one the belt. So here, i like to come and read being assisted with a venti peppenent mocha. The staff members at this location seem friendly and the store keeps its appearence, encouraging a nice experience. With recent renovations, the store provides comfortable couches with lots of power outlets. Outdoor seating as well with nice scenary. Not really much on selling the idea to visit, mainly because i think it has to he experienced in person. Store is kept clean. Hope you like it

Despite my consistent patronage the employees had a rather rude vocal tonality and demeanor towards me. I have now decided to chill at dunkin because the starbucks atmosphere is rather judgemental and pretentious. Dunkin gang

Let me start by saying that I have always gone to this starbucks and never had any issues (employees were nice). Well that was until friday when my friends and I went to starbucks at 10:45 pm. The doors where open and we asked if we could use the bathroom quickly (since no other places where open), and this lady (employee) even though had a blunt attitude said we could quickly. The place closes at 11 pm so we had 15 minutes. So we went to the bathroom then all the sudden another employee man started screaming at me standing in front of the bathroom door (meanwhile my friend was inside the bathroom) saying It was rude for us to barge in and use the bathroom. Keeping my calm I stated the lady said we could go in and use the bathroom and that I was waiting for my friend if he could please give us a moment that we would be quick. It was 11:48 I know cause I checked my phone. He then literally pushes me out of the way and opens the door on my friend, she was on the toilet with her pants down. I literally had to run a shut the door so he wouldnt she her. She ran out and I went quickly, and while I was in the bathroom he was banging on the door saying he was going to call the cops on us. For what using the bathroom when the starbucks was open? I didnt even get to finish peeing when we had to run out and this man (employee) continued to scream at us when we where outside and said If you girls ever come back I will call the cops Again so bizarre we should have called the cops on him for opening the door on my friend and frightening us. Meanwhile my friends suffer from anxiety and afterwards they got panick attacks. I dont usually care to write reviews but this is very important for others to hear. Meanwhile theres usually a bunch of people smoking and doing pot in the back of the Starbucks and they dont threaten them, but with us being civil and trying to use the bathroom, thy threaten the cops and open the door on my friend? NOT acceptable! PERIOD! Please teach your youthful night employees to have respect and boundaries. I dont believe in tick for tack so I did not ask for the manager, but had it been another person Im sure those people would have been at least fired if not arrested. Again never had problems with this starbucks, but after this will never step foot in this place again.

Great atmosphere and customer service!

I dont know what those cashiers problem is but after 7pm the cashiers have major attitude problems and seem to favorite particular customers. The past 3 times Ive been there after 7pm there zombies that just stare at me. I get that its the late hours but if you obviously see me waiting to get checked out dont look at me and ignore and keep ignoring while youre doing nothing and chatting away with your co-workers. Definitely not coming back go to the one on Route 17.

For such a liberal organization, so conscious of human rights, yet unable to provide recycle opportunities for their customers = so strange. No thoughts for our planet, but overflowing with bathroom rights. Your worker suggested I throw my empty #2 container into the garbage=unacceptable #hypocritical

I got a passion fruit sweetened iced tea, and when I started drinking it I finished it the first few sips! The rest was ice!! So, do not go here because they filled all of the cup with ice and half with tea!

Great Starbucks with a bar table and a few bar-like seats as well as regular tables and few chairs. A bit crowded and parking is tough in downtown so parking lot in the back is often full.

Its a typical Starbucks. In Ridgewood I would recommend going to the Ridgewood coffee company instead.

Great place, fresh coffee and very friendly staff but the parking options arent the best unless you want to walk around and dont mind it.

Starbucks is one of my favorite places in Ridgewood. Chai Latte is one of my favorite. The service is excellent as well.

I am a frequent Starbucks visitor of all the locations of the neighboring towns. This is by far the dirtiest one of all. The staff is busy in all of them. Thats no excuse. Yes, the staff is friendly and they get the drinks right.

Staff and quality of drinks are good enough but the store facility usually looks a bit overrun - crowded and heavily enough used tables so that the staff can’t quite keep up with the table and floor cleaning.
