I ordered a battery for my bike April 27, 2021. I was to receive it a week or two later. Today is July 9th and I still dont have the battery. I have ordered batteries from Chrome Battery before and I had no problem. I got them when they said I would and they fit and worked fine. This time, I dont have it. I have written to them several times. I get a standard message in return. Basically it says, we are looking into your order or situation and we will get back to you. I wrote back to them yet again, yesterday they sent me back the same message. Were are looking into it and We will get back with you. I missed several group rides and tours this summer. I finally had to go and buy a battery at a battery store. I still do not have the battery I ordered, they have not sent it nor given me my money back.This is sad because I have ordered from them before with no problem. I feel like they are just pushing me off to the side and have no intention of fixing the problem. Im still waiting to see what happens. If they fix this, I will probably order from them again. If not, I will probably update my rating of them with another time line and hopefully it will help others that cant afford to throw their money away.

My battery only lasted 10 months on my 2014 Harley Dyna before it would not hold a charge longer than a few days. Chrome offers a 12 month return policy, but it is an inconvenient policy. The defective battery needs to be shipped to them (on your dime) and then you have to wait for the battery to be received before they will send you a new one. This return policy means going without a battery for your vehicle for about 2 weeks time. I asked them how they would feel if they had to go without a battery for 2 weeks in their vehicle? No response back from them. I gave them a solution that is fair. I would pay for a new battery and have them ship the new battery out immediately. In the meantime I would send them the defective battery back. Once they receive the defective battery reimburse me for the battery I just purchased. This idea would solve the issue and they would have a customer for life promoting their product to other motorcyclist. Unfortunately, I have not received a response on my solution. Now this company has lost a customer who is going to tell potential customers to stay away and tell them to head to a brick and mortar store instead.

Was a great low-price battery... until it died within the 18 month warranty. Little did I know that only 12 months was free. The next 6 months was pro-rated... which was almost as much as a new battery. A couple months later the other battery died. Im not even going to bother with these jokers anymore.

This is the second time I have purchased from this company when I needed info. They were on the spot and very friendly. I did however have a battery go bad and they were on top of it, I contacted them and had a replacement at my front door in 3 days, no problems, and very happy to do there part. When I am spending my money this is what I like to deal with. I recommend them to anyone

I got a battery off Amazon from these people. They state a 60 day guarantee no questions asked but then ask questions and wont give a full refund. Then they are rude in the emails saying its my fault for understanding it wrong. Then sent me an email just stating that its a bummer. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend doing business with this company!

Purchased a Zipp motorcycle battery with 18 month warranty. If failed after 7 months. Live online chat was offline at 11:55am CST with no indication why it was not functioning or when it would be restored. I could leave a message which may be responded to. I phoned at 11:52am, 12:03pm, and 12:15pm and after 45 seconds of ringing I was disconnected each time with no opportunity to leave message. I dont mean to sound harsh, but even if there were a death in the family, a business, if they want to stay in business, needs to clarify when customer support will be restored during normal business hours.

I run a ATV/bike repair shop and this is my go to place for batteries!! i have ordered over 100 batteries in the last 3 years and have had to have only 2 replaced free under their awesome warranty!! chrome battery you rock!!!!

I needed a battery for my Harley Davidson, the cheapest battery I could find at local retailers was $145. Found Chrome Battery on Ebay, had a battery shipped in 3 days for $74!

Drove there to exchange a battery. No one at all there. Waited 30 mins. Still no one there. No one answering phone. Finally left battery by door with a note and they did send me a replacement.
