I recently took my 2013 Cadillac CTS-V in for an oil change, rear diff service, and front brakes and rotors. Colonial was strongly recommended to me by a fellow CTS-V owner. Denise was my service advisor and she was totally awesome. She hooked me up with a loaner for the weekend while they worked on my car. And kept me in the loop the whole way through. The whole service department, from my experience there, was totally cool and welcoming. Very friendly and very helpful. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE.Here is a list of issues Ive experienced at Colonial Cadillac following my Cadillac being hit in a parking lot on 5/17/21.1- By the time AAA would have been able to deliver the vehicle to Cadillac of Woburn, it would have been after hours. I called to ask where the late-night drop off was and I was told Mahoneys Garden. I relayed this to the tow truck driver. Apparently they meant to say McCues Garden.2- The next morning I called to confirm that the vehicle was on site. I was told that they did not have it, even though I explained it was an after hours drop off. I panicked. They then went over to McCues and saw that it was there. Luckily, the tow truck driver used his judgment and dropped it off at McCues instead of Mahoneys. What if he took it to Mahoneys? Who would have been liable if it was damaged or towed?3- Separate from the damage from the hit and run, my cruise control stopped working. I was going to pay to repair the cruise control out of my own pocket . The cruise control button lights up on the steering wheel but does not engage. I made this clear on the phone and in writing. Yet, Service Manager Christian Aylward insisted that I needed a camera, part number 23393373, which is for the lane departure system that would cost $748.44 and would need to be ordered, delaying the repair. I called service at a different MA Cadillac location and they said that part is not for my cruise control. I forwarded that conversation to Christian. He said I should take it elsewhere to fix the cruise control.4- Now, the worst part. Christian told me on 5/28 that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I did not have a rental, so I took the T and then an Uber to get there. Billing mistakenly let me leave without paying my deductible. They pulled the car up. It was filthy, and the vehicle still had damage from the accident! The body shop was not finished, even though Christian told me to pick up the vehicle. I was not able to take my car that day.A front desk person told me the wrong drop-off spot. Decisions the service technicians made at Woburn confused technicians at other Cadillac locations. The service manager told me to pick my car up when it was not ready. General Manager Alex Rogers ignored me when I brought all of this to his attention. Billing did not charge the proper amount. As you can see, from receptionist to General Manager and everywhere in between, Cadillac of Woburn is a disaster.It took me over two weeks to finally get my car back after sustaining what was estimated to be $1,000 worth of damage. I figured taking it directly to Cadillac, even though they are not a Geico preferred partner, was best. I was very wrong. If you are getting nothing but body work done, feel free to work with the body shop. But DO NOT DEAL WITH SERVICE.

Pretty terrible all the way around. The morning after I picked the car up, I was pulled over for a bad brake light. After way too many calls and texts, they sent me the replacement. They didnt send me my registration when they said they would. No explanation until I called and emailed multiple times. I took it to my mechanic to check it over and it has blown shocks front and rear. I dont think they ever even looked at the car before selling it. Its kind of like dealing with car salesmen from 1982. One star is too many.
I live in New Hampshire and went back to Colonial Cadillac in MA for my services. They are a very professional dealership and clearly care about there customers. Good customer service they explained what they were doing, how much it cost, etc.Nice waiting room with water, coffe and wifi computer if you needed it.However I am leasing an XT5 and the brakes squeal every morning and at other times of the day.I have brought my vehicle back several times to get this issue resolved.I was told that this brake issue cannot be resolved, so now Im driving a vehicle with squealing brakes. I have talked to several people at Colonial Cadillac of Woburn about this brake squealing Issue. It seems that nobody from Woburn or the Cadillac organization cares to or is able to fix this problem.
We had been to a few dealers looking for an XT5 to lease. Everywhere we went we were unsuccessful and were asked for ridiculous amounts of money to put down. We finally landed at Colonial Cadillac and it was by far the best and most seamless experience. They are very straight forward and 100% willing to work out a deal that suits you. We had Dennis who was amazing and extremely informative. This was crucial for us since it was the first time we leased. Don’t waste your time at terrible dealers like Herb Chambers, go right to Colonial it is worth it!

I can not say enough about my recent car buying experience. We travelled there on a Sunday and didnt realize because of covid that they were by appointment only.I gave a call to leave a message and salesman Dennis answered and said he was just heading home after his last appointment. Instead of leaving Dennis came out to let us in and gave us the keys to take a look at the vehicle we were interested in.The one we wanted unfortunately had a hold on it but Dennis took our information in case the hold was released. We told him that the car we looked at was exactly what we wanted. To our dismay the car was on hold but Dennis made a few calls and found another one just like it. The new one has less miles and a better interior!We cant thank Dennis enough for all his hard work. Working with him was breeze, zero pressure and very personable. Very unprofessional, they never return your phone calls after you sign the paperwork the receptionist will put you on hold for 2 hours such a bad experience with them, they did not even know how DMV paperwork works to get the car registered I would not recommend this dealership poor customer service
I just purchased an SUV at Colonial Cadillac. I stopped in without an appointment thinking Id have a long wait or have to make an appointment. But John Bradley walked by asked if I needed help and after a few minutes discussion, John had me test driving an XT4 and I was in love with the car. He took the time to answer my questions and to gather the information I needed. Really a great experience! And then an out of state Covid19 issue was going to delay the paperwork and the transaction. Very frustrating! Just then the General Manager, Alex Rogers, walked by, introduced himself to me and asked how it was going. Really, timing is everything! After hearing our problem, Alex came up with a satisfactory solution. Thank you both!

Recently purchased an SRX from Colonial and I cant rave about them enough. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful from the bottom to the top. They made me feel confident that I was not getting screwed over or that I was being pressured into anything at all. I even spoke with the GM Alex, who was very helpful and kind. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else in the future.
Just had an oil change today but their service department is the BEST in the business. Peter Casio made my appointment got me in and out like they promised. Even showed me how to use my heated seats for the winter!

I purchased a used 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe at this establishment on January 15th 2021( a Thursday ). The buying process should have been a red flag. I walked in to search for an Escalade, and the salesman IMMEDIATELY ran my credit. I was responsible for filling out the form, but I was shocked he ran my credit within 5 minutes of sitting down, and again made no attempt to ask for my permission or to make clear that he was about to run my credit. After he did that, we started discussing a monthly payment I was comfortable. I told him I was only comfortable with a 6 year long, he continued on quoting me for an 8 year. It was obvious he just wanted to make the sale by lowering the payment by stretching it out.After he saw I wasnt comfortable with the price of the vehicle he immediately starting show me full size SUVs . Being that he already had ran my credit, I felt trapped at this dealer. If I were to go elsewhere for a escalade more in my price range, theyd have to run my credit again and drop the score lower . That said, I eventually bit off in a Tahoe that he quoted me at 75 months, after I told him I was only comfortable up to 6 year. I walk out the door and they tell me itll be ready Tuesday, if not definitely by Wednesday (4 Days later) they were just doing some body works on dings and scratches.Wednesday comes and goes, and I still have no word. No call to say they need more time. Eventually Friday comes ( 8 days after purchase) and I demand to talk to a sales manager and express my concerns about how unprofessional this is. The truth comes out, they didnt have the title because they didnt pay the car off and they are going to need an additional 7-10 business days from that phone conversation. They give me a loaner after I tell them Ive been without a vehicle cause I got rid of mine timing it for when I was supposed to have my tahoe. The loaner keeps my mind off of it but everyday that does by I get more aggravated and assume foul play. Tuesday night at 4pm( 2 days ago) I call and ask for the carfax to ease my mind. The front desk agent assures me she will pass the message along Im formally requesting my carfax. Of course I get nothing, you think theyd go out of the way to help me but didnt. I had to reach about the next day direct to my salesman and he tells me he doesnt have have the car fax he is waiting for his used car buyer to get the paperwork . I personally have no idea what this means, but am outraged they couldnt provide me a carfax they are legally required to on a 50k truck I bought two weeks ago . Completely unacceptable, and will never go or recommend to anyone in the market .

They cashed my check in error and now are not releasing my money back to me. It cleared the bank already and they will not release the over $30,000 that they deposited after a deal was canceled and after they assured me they would not repair my check. They did not have authorization to deposit my check but did and not will not respond to my requests to refund the money.
Better late then never.... wow what an experience!!! I purchased a vehicle 3 years ago that I found online and they were verrrrry accommodating. I live in NY, not only did they deliver my car to me, they made the purchasing process a breeze!!! This dealership also tracks service and sends reminders for such. I highly recommend them !!! Service dept horrible, if no stars was an option I would, 1st oil change oil filter loose and car ran low of of oil, 2nd oil change cap fill left off, gm argued w me that’s impossible and got angry that we were trying to get free oil change, never go there

I just picked up a used 2019 Audi...yes, an Audi Q5 from Colonial Cadillac. I compared the same model with Audi dealers and the price was thousands less and I still have 39 months or 34k miles on the original factory warranty. That aside, the process was a breeze. Excellent communication with Alex. No high pressure. Paper work was done in no time. The car was immaculate. In three years I wont hesitate to see what Colonial Cadillac has to offer. Hopeully a sweet deal on a sweet XT5.
Our AC failed but was covered by a third party extended warranty. We left our Yukon while on vacation. The AC was repaired, new tires installed as requested and aligned.Everyone was beyond courteous and professional. They even washed and vacuumed the vehicle.Great service and fair prices!

Buyer beware. By far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with in my adult car buying life. I was quoted a price by Laurie Ann. Sent over the pictures of my trade as requested. I had to follow up several times regarding the state of my trade in price, so I went down to the dealership and saw Dave Robinson who was also unresponsive on subsequent follow ups. Alex never provided me with any of the information that he said he would. He went back on his word regarding the agreed apron price saying it was a mistake. I was given the price both verbally and in email. They have since raised the price of the vehicle online. Once they realized they supposedly made a mistake they tried to offer me a different vehicle with higher mileage. Extremely dishonest business practices using bait and switch methods
From setting up the appointment, dropping off my car and pick up, everyone I dealt with was great. I was kept informed of the status of the work, and was able to pick up my car earlier than first thought.Excellent service throughout the whole experience.

You can tell when you are going to get great service when you get a sense that the employees are happy where they work. Joanne (Colonial Cadillacs VIP of Service Dept) took ownership of the issue I had with my car. She coordinated the ordering of the part and scheduling required for the repair. Id recommend auto sales and services at Colonial Caddy.
Carefully inspect the vehicle before you buy. I own a limo company and buy cars every other year, but my experience with this dealership was the worst car sales experience.Thoroughly inspect the vehicle you want to buy from them.
I purchase a used jaguar from them. it came with one key They promised to get me another one but I have not. They also charge me for a sticker they never put on and never returned the money to me. Tried calling my salesman several times But he has neglected to solve the problem
I arrived from Buffalo NY on Tuesday. My check engine light came on Wednesday morning. I called this dealership and brought my car to them. They fixed my car, gave me a ride, and picked me up. Without an appointment!! Pleasant and professional, excellent service.

The service department at Colonial is 5 Star. I called in because I had an issue with my drivers side windshield wiper not moving and there is rain in the forecast today! They were fully booked for the week but Christian the service manager said to stop by so that he could take a look and see what the issue was. When I arrived Christian sent out one of his techs who was amazing (I forgot his name Im so sorry he deserves 5 stars.) He addressed the issue quickly and even replaced my blade right on sight! Will Highly recommend these guys going forward!
My husband Carl and I were very pleased with our experience at Colonial Cadillac. A friend referred John Bradley. John was a true professional with a lot of experience. He was also easy going and a pleasure to work with. When we picked up our SRX Matthew walked us through the computer system and helped with our preferred settings. He had a very genuine way and gave an awesome tutorial of the options and programs available. We would highly recommend Colonial to anyone.
