I wish I could give 0 stars. I got a flat tire and the roadside assistance brought me to Lawless for a fix. While waiting for the tow, my husband called the service department to let them know we were coming and gave them the tire information in case it would need to be ordered. After being told they would not get to my car until the next day, we left the car and went home. The next day I get a call telling me that they do not have the tire, would need to order it and it would take another day so they can order it. I got a bit upset, because as I said, my husband had called the day before with said information so this very thing would not happen. Bring without a car is not ideal, obviously, hence why we took extra precautions so this would not happen. Either way, it being out of my control I deal with it and wait yet about day. Next day I call to see if my car is done. I have to call a total of 5 times before I got in contact with anyone who could give me info on my car. It was finally done. Why had noone contacted me too let me know???? Finally I get to the dealership to pick up my car I approach the counter where there are three individuals sitting I stand there for a grand total of 5 minutes before one of these people acknowledges my existence. This dealership needs to concentrate on customer satisfaction and customer service it was absolutely ridiculous the entire experience I had at this dealership. I warn anybody about going here for a service or purchase Dont do it go elsewhere.

The sales person listened to exactly what I was looking for and diligently worked with the finance people to get me into the truck I wanted within my price range.The finance manager went over all aspects of my lease leaving no stone unturned. He constantly made sure I had a full understanding of all my options.Well done. My wife and I are very happy with our experience. Thank you.

READ THIS FOR ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS!!! Not sure if it’s pandemic related, or just because it’s a warranty item, but my engine repair, beginning to end took 3 weeks and they did not have any rental cars available, I was just on my own. The service staff was overwhelmed, and it took them a week just to send my vehicle info and digital imaging to Chrysler to approve the warranty. Then another week for Chrysler to approve the work, and then another week to order parts and get the job completed. It was a frustrating process to say the least, and I don’t think I will get refunded for my rental car for the first week, as the warranty claim was not yet approved. In the end I only had to pay a $100 deductible, but had to scrounge for rides and borrow People’s cars for the better part of a month, as rental car prices are astronomical at the moment. Just hope you have a someone who will lend you their car for 3 weeks if you have a warranty issue. This is a problem across the board as I called other Jeep dealerships and they had the same story.

Junior at lawless was amazing to work with from start to finish he was very upfront and honest with pricing. Setup for a test drive was easy and fast and let us take the car alone. Once we sat down to talk about price there was not a lot of back and forth I feel like he got me the best price with the least amount of hassle. Everything else went so smooth from financing to delivery and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend if you want a Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge definitely check these guys out!!

I had a recall repair done on my car. I scheduled an appointment and they were able to fit me in in less than a week. Everyone (especially Frank) was extremely helpful, polite, well intentioned, and friendly. They even helped me to fix my blinking odometer for free. I highly recommend Lawless in four corners.

I brought my Jeep Compass in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a problem I have been having since I bought the car. The shift most of the time does not show whether its in D, R, P, etc. The red does not show up to show what gear its in Naturally the morning I brought it in it was working right. So it seemed like there was no problem with it. When I left, then it would not show up with the red in the D, R, P, etc. I called the person over that had greeted me that morning and he went and got someone from the service department to show him what was happening. The second gentleman then went and spoke with a couple of mechanics. I believe its a shift problem as another person was having the same issue. They will order the part. The person who greeted me in the morning was so nice and professional. It was very polite and when I was explaining my issue with the car he made sure to apologize on behalf of the Jeep even though it wasnt his fault. He was so helpful and very nice. Everyone was very pleasant. They will order the part and let me know when I can come back and get it fixed.

Buying a new car is typically a painful process for me.. but I had never purchased at Lawless. I had a very pleasant and professional experience with my salesman Junior and the Sales manager Ray L. Junior worked with my to get me into the car I wanted with the options I needed. He is personable and a pleasure to work with. Ray L was very helpful. Gave me great options and recommendations on how to best take care of my car without being to pushy. Always have a good experience at Lawless. Had to go in a get a replacement key programmed. I called on Thursday and they were able to get me in Friday. I didn’t grab the young gentlemen name working in service but he was very friendly and helpful. They quoted me a time and stuck to it. Also there I chatted with Nico On the sales floor about my options short term and long term with my Jeep. Probably the best chat I’ve had with a sales person before, very down to earth guy who laid out numerous options and suggestions and was in no way pushy at all. If my family decides to get another Jeep we Will for sure go through Lawless. Thanks!

Extremely pleased with service and courteous treatment! I arrived in the middle of monsoon rain and torrential flooding during a tornado warning! Got my inspection sticker and oil change and my car was brought as close as possible to the door so I didn’t get wet. I got service with a smile 😊

All in all I am pleased with me experience. Although my vehicle had sat in their lot for exactly one month and when I went to pick it up it would not start because it was out of fuel. And instead of offering a full tank they sent a gentleman with a 2 gallon gas can to a gas station with no funnel. Gas was spilled all over the side of my car and all over the ground. I would recommend for mechanical issues but make sure you bring your own gas and funnel to avoid the issue I had. God bless

I brought my SUV in for a 30,000 mile service & oil change. The service writer was so nice & friendly. The techs that worked on my car kept it neat & clean. When it was time to pick it up, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they did not try to oversell me on anything “recommended” for my car. He explained what they did & the cost. I will continue my business with Lawless for everything needed for my car.

I had a bad experience with this dealer, on 1/26/2021 I left my truck to program the injectors, the job would be only one day, the next day I called to find out about my car and they informed me that there was recalls to do, I said ok lets do it, I waited two days and they didnt call me, on Friday I went to the dealer and they informed me that my car had a problem with the PCM and that in the course of programming an update that was carried out in EGR and DPF it had failed, they informed me that they would solve it because it had occurred during the installation of new parts that had to be exchanged for the recall, that is, the recall was their total responsibility, if during the installation an error occurred they should solve, I left my truck there without any problem in the PCM, more than 20 days have passed and Im still waiting for a response from them but so far they havent solved anything. I was at another dodge dealer and they informed me that the mistake was made by LAWLESS mechanics who did something wrong during the installation, but nothing could be done because LAWLESS was the one to solve it, now they want me to buy a new PCM that it costs 3500 dollars, that is, they damaged my PCM and I have to pay for the part, I never go back to that place and I suggest that nobody take a car to recall with them, because if something happens during the installation of parts they will say that your car already had such a problem, all liars, cheaters.

I wish I could give a negative 5 star for this nefarious/negligent dealership. Approximately 3 months ago, I took my grand caravan, with around 52k miles, to this place for an oil change. Yesterday I was about to top off windshield washer fluid, but I was shocked to find that the engine air filter cap was not latched down! It was loosely resting on the air filter housing! This is a catastrophe since this car has had about 4,000 miles and 3 months without an engine air filter! This is my wifes car and she drives kids around. What if the engine break down with my kids stranded in the car on the highway teeming with darting vehicles? This dealership does not even know how to do oil change?! Or they intentionally committed this insidious and diabolical sabotage for some ulterior motive? Anyway, this dealership should be avoided at all the cost!😣

This is my second time buying a Ram from Lawless. My 2019 Ram was totaled in a accident and even tried other dealers but no one can compare to Lawless. Although I was not able to make a purchase, I have never dealt with a more transparent salesmen than Noah. He obviously wanted to make the sale but was not pushy when told that I ultimately didn’t enjoy the driving experience as much as I wanted. We went over options for a custom order and I realized how dishonest a few other dealerships were being when “guaranteeing” me delivery dates. I’ve decided to wait for 2022 models to hit the sales floor and I will 100% be ordering from Lawless! My only concern is that I will want a Hellcat by then!

The service department seems a bit understaffed. Frank was very helpful. I could not even get through with a phone call. I left a few messages no one ever returned my calls to find out if my truck was ready. I had to make arrangements to get home when my repair was only supposed to take a day. I understand things happen a phone call would have been nice. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SALESMAN NAMED STEVE WHO FINALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND RUDELY HUNG UP ON ME. I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD WALK OVER TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO CHECK ON MY VEHICLE WHICH IS LITERALLY 50 FT FROM THE SALES DEPARTMENT . I GUESS IT WASNT BENEFITING HIS POCKET IF I WAS BUYING A CAR IT WOULD BE A DIFFERENT STORY IM SURE. NOT A GOOD REPRESENTATIVE FOR YOUR COMPANY . HE DEFINITELY SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED. I brought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because the Uconnect radio would reset and reboot almost daily. They informed me that there were 2 updates needed to fix the issue and there was no charge for the work. Additionally, they stated that if the issue occurs again, they would replace the radio at no charge even if the warranty expires as the issue has been documented.

From when I first drove into the lot I was welcomed! I cant complain about anything. Nice and clean dealership. No one was rude at all for any reason. I made an appt for one thing and they addressed 2 other items I didnt know about under warranty. It was a recall item I didnt even know about, non safety item, but fixed regardless. Called me about 5 hours after I dropped it off and said it was done, tested and ready for me. Got a ride back, everything was good and the service manager was nice then as well. Id go back if needed. I went in for test drive but experienced the weirdest sales experience!The salesman was not interested at all in selling or just had some bias against us. He literally handed off the keys of the car for test ride and didnt even explain the features of the car. After the test ride, he handed off a paper that laid out the financing/leasing costs and did not even bother explaining the numbers, instead seemed to be in a rush to talk to next customer.Either he was an unhappy employee or the dealership has bias against certain customers.

Finance manager Steve completely lied about the deal that lawless was offering online, despite having multiple conversations with him on the phone. He made us drive to the dealership, which I had to take work off, to then find out that the deal was a complete lie. I asked to speak with Steve three times, but he was scared to come out. I then gave him a call but he blocked my number. I called from a different phone which he picked up, and said he was “not comfortable to come talk to me”. What a waste of time. Liars. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to ANYONE. Don’t believe this dealership nor Steve. Complete disappointment!!

For the first time I’m leaving a negative review. I have been a very loyal customer, getting all my service done at Lawless, including regular oil changes. They advertise “Express” oil changes, for which you need no appointment. Well, it’s never ever been express. I have never waited less than an hour. On Monday afternoon, May 24, 2021, I brought my Jeep in for an “express” oil change. I was told by Steve that they were no longer doing oil changes that day(so much for not having to make an appointment). So I made an appointment for 8:00 AM the following day, the earliest time I was given. It still took over an hour and twenty minutes for my vehicle to be serviced. I live in Tewksbury, so the back and forth is not convenient. All this to say I’m frustrated and disappointed. Perhaps loyalty is only a one way street with Lawless.

Brought 2018 Jeep Cherokee in for basic oil change and service center pushed a cabin air filter change on me, so I said okay. A/C worked fine on the car before service, did not blow cool air after service. I called up the service department to tell them about the issue and #1. The service tech said we can’t get you in here for 2 weeks to take a look at it. That’s understandable. #2. When asked if it’s possible one of the mechanics disconnected something while replacing the cabin air filter that would affect the a/c, the service center said, “No, the a/c is located in a completely different area, so that’s not possible.” Which, I later realized was a complete lie as the blower for the a/c is right next to the cabin air filter. I don’t trust this place at all and won’t have my vehicle serviced there anymore.

Lawless service was good with completing the request to the best of their ability. They did diagnostics with my radio, ordered trim pieces for my trunk and did an oil change. The staff was very informative and friendly. Unfortunately they needed my car for two days and Chrysler was not able to provide a courtesy car or drive me home after dropping off the car. As a working mother of two losing a car for two days is not a good scenario especially during a pandemic. The kids need to get to school and are unable to walk or take a bus. Also since they couldn’t recreate my radio issue Chrysler wouldn’t allow them to change the radio. So now I am stuck with a 2020 Jeep that has a glitchy radio. Again not the dealerships fault since they are following protocol. Seems like Chrysler is really putting them in a bad spot instead of making the customers happy. I will have to take this all into consideration when it’s time to look for a New lease.

I got a car from this dealership and not even a month later ALL the lights came on and then it broke down. I was told it was an alternator issue. Had my car towed to them where it sat for about a day only for them to say there was nothing wrong with it. (No they didn’t fix the alternator) I pick up my car and guess what...THE LIGHTS CAME BACK ON. So now I have no car to get around in. They told me they don’t do loaner cars either.. go figure! They are so dismissive and they don’t care about their customers. Terrible service if I’ve ever seen it!

Not great. Took them almost 4 business days to get to my car after being towed due to staffing issues. No loaners available and no rentals big enough to fit family. When picked up service advisor was short trying to cut off and walk away when still asking questions. The positive is it did get fixed eventually.

I was there for oil change. Frank, the service rep, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He said the tires should also be rotated but there would be additional charge. The $10 charge was reasonable. The waiting area was comfortable and socially distanced. I certainly would go there again for service.

Let me start this off by saying that as of 7/13/2021 my vehicle is STILL here. I dropped it off Wednesday 6/30/2021 for my appointment the following day. Friday 7/2/2021 I get a call from a different Service advisor than who I dropped it off with since he was on vacation, no problem. They called to inform me that they wont be able to look at it until Tuesday 7/6/2021 because they were backed up. Again, no problem, Ive worked for a dealership, these things happen I understand. Tuesday they call telling me that it needs a rear axle motor kit no further explanation of what that entailed and that my warranty company approved it. ( I purchased the vehicle over a year ago from a used car dealer and got a 3rd party warranty with it) Also that the heatshield was loose but it wasnt covered, no problem said I could probably expect it back Thursday which would have been 7/8/2021. Thursday comes, no call around 3:30 and am told it needs a rear axle motor kit and that its at their other lot waiting on it. I ask when I can expect the car back. Maybe tomorrow, but your service advisor is back on Monday, but maybe tomorrow Ill call you. Friday 7/9/2021, no call, I wait til 3:30 and call them. No answer, I leave a message, no call back (they are open til 6). Saturday 7/10/2021 My vehicle has been on the lot for 10 days. I go down there to see what is going on since my call and voicemail was IGNORED. I talk to the same advisor that had taken over the ticket while my service advisor was on vacation. I get the same run around of its at the main street lot waiting on a part because theres more space to move cars around.... ( I want to add at this point I CHECKED the main lot that the dealer sits on before I went to see if I could find my vehicle....which I DID) So I ask if he could tell me why its outback if its supposed to be on the Main Street lot and not there. Hes fumbles over his words saying he didnt know it was there and hes going to try and get some answers for me. I wait in the lounge and a few minutes later he comes in and says he called the tech, its his day off and he didnt answer (saw that coming) gives me his card says that my advisor is back on Monday but hes there at 6:30 AM I can call him directly to try and get a answer. Monday 7/12/2021 comes, 3:30PM again no call, this time I call and speak to my original advisor he says Theyre putting it back together right now, itll definitely be ready tomorrow. Im thinking finally I can get my car back. Tuesday 7/13/2021 all day, no call. I again wait til 3:30 to call, talk to my advisor again. He asks me if Ive ever had an issue starting it. Confused I say no Ive never had an issue with that. He goes on to say that they went to bring it in for the work and it was dead as a doornail that they were looking at it and call back in an hour. At this point I am so beyond frustrated with CIRCUS Ive had to deal with thus far. Id also like to reiterate that Ive worked at a dealership and attended a vocational high school through the automotive program. Even in school I have never seen a diagnostic for a battery/starter/alternator take more than 10 minutes. So I call back at 4:30 expecting them to ATLEAST say they know what it is.... NOPE I get They think its either a wiring issue or the starter motor. Its been moved here several times but this time it just didnt want to start, they put a jump on it, turn the key, and nothing, its just been a nightmare........ I said yea well youre not the only person its been a nightmare for either believe me. They claim they will call me Tomorrow Wednesday 7/14/2021 Ill believe that when it happens. Up to this point Ive only ever bought my parts here and after this experience I will not even do that anymore, AVOID this place at ALL COSTS unless you dont need your vehicle for 2 to 3 weeks. This situation is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I will be updating this review as the situation evolves or devolves as the case may be.

I had a remote starter installed in my wrangler. From ordering the they keys to installation and pricing, the service was excellent. They also found out about a recall which they ordered the parts, I will be going back to have it fixed. Steve Pedro and his colleagues at the service department were extremely professional. I would highly recommend this place.

This was my first visit to Lawless in Woburn for service to my Jeep. A very polite service representative (Steve) took my initial call, listened to my requests and gave me an appointment date that was convenient for me. The day of service, I received phone calls periodically (from Frank) updating me on the progress of the work. The car was ready on time and for the reasonable price they quoted me at the outset. The Lawless CDJR crew fixed a complicated issue that other independent shops failed to identify or fix. I am so happy to have finally found a place that is top notch and good at what they do. Everyone Ive dealt with at this dealership is organized, knowledgable and professional, thank you!! I will be returning again for any and all of my Jeep services needs in the future. :-)

I received a postcard on two recalls of my 2011 Dodge caliber its my daughters car and she is in school UMass Amherst. She needs the car for school so we wanted to make an appointment to get this safety recall and the other one fixed it is a long ride to Amherst and we won her as safe as possible. I called to make an appointment immediately when I got the postcard they said about a week for an appointment told him the recall told him the car. I brought the car in the night before they had the car the whole day come to find out they did not order the pot needed for the recall I have to bring back a second time and she has to come back from school with safety recall that shouldve been ordered. It just seems like nobody cares about anybody elses time. Doing things twice is not my style Im in business and try to make less aggravation for my customers.

Grate Service and fast. Love it. But what I really need to talk is about Norman. Norman is the Valet person that greats you at the door . Norman made my day special. I was not having a good day... he greeted me in a very special way, he irradiates kindness, he is super friendly, respectful, and he made me feel welcome and special. While I was walking around killing time waiting for my car he was greeting me, ge offered me some water, and then finally cane to me to tell me my car was going to be ready in 5 minutes.Norman: you made my day special, and even you are a valet there let me tell you made such a wonderful job representing the auto dealer and leaving in a customer a great feeling.
