Let me tell you what a great experience I had leasing my car. Brett my salesman was fantastic its not easy to buy a car in 2021 but Brett made it easy. I lost out on a few cars but Brett kept going and found me what I wanted. He was amazing telling everyone if you car a car go to Kelly in woburn great customer service and my new Nissan is beautiful
The staff is always nice and helpful. The most important thing is the honesty of Nissan Company. I never feel myself cheated at Nissan service they never try to create a problem to charge more money.
This is for service. I scheduled an appointment but when I get there for about 10-15min no ones seems interested in attending to me. Finally I am told they are backed up and won’t be able to get to it till closing time so now I have to leave the car. Ok fine, so can I get a ride back home since now I have to leave my car? Nope. So you’re expecting me to Uber back or wait for 4 hours till closing time? Sorry not coming back here for anything.
Had my maxima in for a check engine light, they ended up doing a full diagnostic and found other things going on I did not know about and easily explained the importance of each. The cause of the check engine was actually a simple fix that the previous mechanic just did not do and was not honest about. Super pleased and will continue to bring my vehicle to Kelly for service.
Kelly Nissan is an excellent place to purchase or lease a car. The sales staff is great and the service department always does an excellent job. I highly recommend Kelly Nissan.

They told me 1 hr for an oil change, inspection sticker and a recall. It took 2 hours and 40 minutes and I had an appointment. Seriously? Do you think I have all that time to waste sitting in a waiting room? Instead of a lunch break, I had to take vacation time. A turtle could have done the work faster. Im really not sure if they did the recall. Nothing was mentioned on the bill.
Great customer service. Katelyn was great. Once home, I realized I didnt pay. I called, explained what happened, we both laughed. I paid over the phone. Katelyn called back to let me know I had a complimentary oil change, and I didnt have to pay. I will use it on my next visit.
Brandon was my service manager and was fantastic, customer service oriented and friendly from beginning to end!He made a stressful experience of my Nissan Rouge transmission repair almost stress free. He wa responsive, and a perfect representative of the brand! I would recommend Brandon to anyone.

Terrible customer service. They never called to provide an update on my car. I called several times and was told to leave a message. Called back at the end of the day and was informed they closed and everyone left for the day. Horrible communication!
Even though there is an auto shortage, Kelly Nissan still had a great selection of cars and I was able to find what I was looking for with ease at a good price. There was some issues with the submission of the paperwork, and after finding that I was without a car the manager Arys Pena gave me a loaner to use until we got it figured out and checked every day to make sure I was good. They really cared about making it right for me. I am very glad I decided to go with Kelly Nissan.
I got to my service appointment a little earlier than expected.As soon as I drove into the service area, Phi came out of his office to greet me, asked me how I was doing, and what we need to get done with the car.They found a nail in my rear driver tire, replaced my wipers, and did a hood latch adjustment, all in about an hour. Phi would occasionally come out to the waiting room and keep me updated of their progress, which is always appreciated.Ive been booking my 2015 Altimas service appointments with Phi for 5 years now, and he is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.Alex Z.
I was extremely impressed with Brett, the salesperson I dealt, with during my most recent visit to Kelly Nissan of Woburn. Three years ago, when I first visited Kelly of Woburn, I had a much different experience, and ended up taking my business to Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield.I had no intentions of turning my car in this week and only stopped by to see the new Rogues. Brett was definitely a game changer on that thought, and I left the facility with a car I love. I did a walk-in into Kelly Nissan after seeing a slightly used car online. I brought my boyfriend, because he in all honesty, cares about cars more than I do. Thankfully he knows how to spot a good deal too. There was maybe 3 people working there since it was mid evening on a Tuesday and we were helped immediately. Jim Delmolino said he could help us shortly but had another client nearby (in our view). We test drove the car quickly and were impressed. I got a good deal on a rouge and they accepted my trade in which helped me and my wallet a lot! Jim was consistent and nice and I put money down on the car and picked it up two days later. It was a great experience and I had actually been at the same dealership 7 years earlier and had liked them and stated Id come back. All round great experience and appreciated their easy going, non-pressured atmosphere. I will go again but hope I dont need to soon!

My old car was in bad shape, and James took the time to focus on what i had wanted in a new vehicle. Went over some of the options and found my car that was in my budget lol. I brought my car in for service, it took days longer than they said, was over charged for the part based on the MSRP, and it took two weeks to actually speak to the service manager who did nothing. Never buy a car there and never bring a car there for service. Truly horrible experience.

My service representative, Phi Phi was excellent.
I called to ask if the service department could look at the peeling paint on the hood of the car. Was told absolutely and it would be covered by warranty no appointment necessary. On arrival, I should have made an appointment and was told they dont do paint, I in fact needed to go to an auto body shop. Also was told that sometimes the person that answers the phone doesnt know all the information. I was also having a hard time starting my car with the fob, getting a message that the key id was incorrect. They changed the battery, which did not fix the problem. The car is 6 years old on 57K miles, the paint is chipping and the key doesnt work. None of which is covered by Nissan. I will NEVER buy or recommend a Nissan ever again.
Had a clock spring diag & replaced . All went smooth, couldn’t be any happier .
We were very happy with our Salesman Brett - he went up and beyond, he was very knowledgeable on the Rogue and extremely helpful with helping us choose the right model. He is the best Salesman we have ever had with any car and we will definitely be asking for him next time! Much better than our last experience with Nissan 5 years ago.

Oil change on 5/1, The service advisor Brianna was impolite and unfriendly when I ask a question. I was there for 3 hours.she dont service to customer with any update status. She has no idea whatwas done with my car. I dont got any inspection report this time.Very disappointed .
12/25/2020I purchased a used vehicle from them. A day after picking it up, I complained about a humming noise on the front right wheel. I bright the vehicle in to be checked and your technician said it was the left wheel bearing and He replaced the part which it was unnecessary. . I picked up the vehicle and after only 2 minutes of driving it, the humming noise was still there.I called and was asked to bring the vehicle back but nothing was done to remedy the noise.I decided to check the noise for myself and found that the tire was cupped. I rotate the tire front to back, back to front and the humming noise was gone, from the front at least. Now I hear it the back.After discussing it with my service advisor (Phi) he told me it would be up to Sales if they wanted to replace the tire or tires because not sure if other are bad as well.I was told NO, basically go away and too bad. I will escalate this complaint to Nissan customer care.This was my first experience with Kelly, I’ve been a Commonwealth Customer for over 12 years and I regret not going there, they would have taken care of the issue right away with no questions asked.

I would not recommend Nissan in Woburn. Every time I go here I’m very much unhappy with their customer service. I was shocked when I called them on 04/19/2021 to schedule an oil change for my lease and they said I needed a ball point inspection as well. When I asked what that was, the employee said, “I don’t know, I don’t work in service.” Not sure why someone who consistently answers the phone for customers that need support cannot answer such a basic question. Or even seek the answer from someone who does know. When I checked out I also had a question about my bill. I was then told “to go out back and ask him myself” I assume she meant the person who serviced my vehicle. Very sad and unprofessional.
Brandon helped me out and was friendly and professional. These guys are the best I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Always super quick too.

My credit was hard pulled when I came here for test driving a car, and I just asked for the possible financing price. This is so bad — they hard query my credit even without my permission! I am so angry about that
I have to add I agree with the previous customers comment that you cannot call them and get any answers, you have to physically go there yourself. It is a hassle for me when I dont live nearby. The girl who answers the phones and sits at the front desk is not shy in letting you know she is not educated in sales or cars AT ALL.
Took my requirements and found me the car that I wanted. Special shout-out to James Delmolino. Give that man a promotion ASAP. Gave me the best car on the lot.

I bought my lease from Brett six years ago. I came back to him to get my third lease this time. I will be back to see him again in three more years. I shopped several dealerships the first time around before buying from Brett. The process of buying was painless, he got us into exactly what we wanted only a little outside of our intended price range then introduced us to service and got our first oil change set up.
I stopped in before Christmas 2020 to look at leaf and see what electric was all about. I met with Brett and he showed me a car to test drive. He was very informative, reviewing the features of the car with me before the test drive. It took awhile for us to make a decision and unfortunately had a really bad experience at another dealership. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated Bretts honesty, transparency, and knowledge. Other dealerships after you make an appt dont have the car ready or the prices listed are using offers not everyone qualifies for. This wasnt the case with Kelly nissan and Brett. With Brett we felt our questions were answered and there was no doubts about our decision. I will feel comfortable coming here for service too.

Due to covid and the fact I am extremely compromised I was unable to safely stay in waiting room for a couple of hours for my car to be serviced and could not leave it. When I contacted service manager Alan Teyssedou and explained my circumstances he went above and beyond to work with me to have car services. The sales consultant that assisted me, Shawn Crowley, was very informative and patient with all of my questions. The finance manager, Rick Legier, was also a pleasure to work with! Phi phi is one of your best employees. My 79 year old mother went in to have service done on her car and Phi Phi took great care of her. She will not talk to anyone else, she feels cared for by him. He listened to her and did the best he could on price! We will be back again!

I came in with interest in the Rouge Sport, coming out of a lease with Kia. I met with Jomar who was excellent! He took the time to listen to my wants and needs for a car and found the perfect match for what I wanted. I was VERY impressed with how efficient Jomar was with going through his inventory to match my needs and price range. Jomar was also very knowledgeable about what the cars had to offer, including safety features, engine capabilities and added features. His knowledge base put me at ease throughout the entire process and helped me to feel confident moving forward. It was not OK that while I was there I witnessed no less than 6 employees walking around in customer areas not wearing a mask. We are in the middle of a pandemic and this lack of consideration for customers is appalling. I mentioned it to my service advisor, Phi, who was wearing a mask, and he said he would mention it but when I went back later in the day to pick up my car, nothing had changed.
The salesman Shawn Crowley was very informative of the vehicles I was looking at. And I felt comfortable with him and the dealership itself. I never felt any pressure from them when I was looking at their vehicles. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle. First time owner of a Nissan and the ride is incredible.

I wish I could remember the name of the customer service person, might have been Brandon(?). He used to live in Melrose ( He didnt do too well in Fantasy Football this year btw).Anyway, it was because of him, that I found out that the key fob can be separated from the actual car key. Never knew this! He was amazing and the communication was clear and prompt . Didnt mind waiting for the repair because I was confident that what I needed would be met.

Having dealt with other Nissan dealers that were not quite as I had hoped, I decided to try Kelly Nissan of Woburn, anticipating a better experience. Salesman Paul Moulaison did not disappoint. He listened and clearly understood my goals and what I was looking for, presenting me with several options and taking steps to expedite the process successfully. The finance gentleman who assisted was just as helpful and turned the transactions around in record time. Unexpectedly, a few hours later I left the dealership driving my new vehicle very happy with the whole process. Highly recommend this dealer and staff.
