I never thought I would ever enjoy my time at a car dealership. Previously, I only leased so every three years we were back at a dealership crunching numbers and getting annoyed with the back and forth. We always left satisfied but never excited or impressed.We left Toyota of Woburn thoroughly impressed with everyone on the floor from the parts dealer helping with running boards, to our salesmen Amire and Vinny and especially Gus, the big guy upstairs! We actually enjoyed ourselves at a car dealership!! Who says that? I do and left (after ringing the bell to the cheers and hollers from everyone on the floor) buying NOT leasing a Toyota! The staff were all involved, friendly, invested and professional. The dealership was top notch, clean, comfortable and had everything you may need during your time there. The back of the woman’s bathroom door even had a sticker telling me I was beautiful! It’s the little things in life people!!! If you need a car this is where I would tell you to go and I may even offer to accompany you!

My wife and I were forced into buying another vehicle due to an unfortunate accident with our 2012 Prius V. Although the car market is very challenging right now, my long term relationship with Mo (my sales rep) made all of the differnce. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. Came in to have my vehicle appraised for a possible trade in. The price they gave me was a low offer while the prices of the vehicles were high. The person working with me had to consult his sales manager several times in a separate area where I had no contact with them. It was a very average experience, although the guy I was working with (Chris) was very nice. I received a courtesy phone call the next day to see how the experience was and explained the situation. The person on the other end could care less and made the whole experience feel even worse. They obviously have so much demand for business currently that they could care less about establishing a long term relationship with customers who expect fair and competitive treatment.

The next day I received an email from them that did not contain a response to my answer. They seemed more concerned with getting my personal information than answering my question. Kinda weird.
