I called a couple of places and was told that I needed to go to the dealership, just to check my fluid. Finally called Aamco and spoke with Jerry. He told me to come on over and he’d take a look. They looked and topped me off, no charge. That was super helpful. Thanks guys!

The Manager bent over backwards to help me out. Took me home while they checked out my pickup then called and told me I needed to take it to the dealership. Then he came back and picked me up and brought me back to the shop, doing this both times in his personal vehicle. On top of that, they didnt charge me anything for the service!! Will definitely be using this shop for transmission fluid flush.

I really dont like to write a negative review but in the case I do! Scott at Aamco in Yukon and his crew went out of their way to make it a horror show. I had done business there for about 7 years. They replaced the manager with Scott about 2 years ago. Well I had a complete power steering job done. 800 bucks. 2 years later the car wont turn. It is now my teenage daughters car. AAMCO refused to stand behind their work. It was done in late 2018 and he said he couldnt find any record of it. Then he said it was done in 2016. Which is false and he later admitted it.But then said they only cover it for 12 months. Next after I told him to go ahead and fix it because my daughter had a basketball tournament and needed her car for Sat. I took the car on Thursday morning. Well because of a wrong hose or some other excuse the car wasnt done until Monday. Then he tried to pad the bill. Instead of the 388.00 it was now 455.00. DONT GO TO AAMCO

I went in for a transmission check up. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In about thirty minutes they checked my transmission and engine, did a test drive and gave me their recommendation. My transmission was in excellent shape, and they recommended some minor engine repairs. I declined the offer at the time and was not charged for the transmission check. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience and will absolutely go back for more services.

I towed my car which at the time I thought was an oil panel issue but turned out to be that plus I flooded my engine with water. Jerry and his team were able to get my car looked at and back on the road in just 2 days. Great service and transparency.

2015 Chevy Malibu LSIntake and exhaust VVT Solenoids. Replaced variable valve timing solenoid exhaust and intake valves. I am very pleased with my service. I usually don’t use the discounts that come with my insurance but being a AAMCO member has absolutely been the best. I was told to drop my car off and to pick it up later that evening. While waiting on my ride home I took a spin with Jerry in his new Corvette (my 1st time being in one) to pick up a drink from 7-11. By the time we made it back from 7-11 they were pulling my car around front. The timing was amazing 🤩 I will definitely be doing business with them again.!!!!

Eric and the team at AAMCO were very professional, informative, and helpful when I needed a new head gasket and some other work done. The original quote included every item potentially needed, and they assured me theyd let me know if any hidden damage was discovered before proceeding. With the great warranty on labor and parts, I was decided. On top of everything already appearing great, they also helped out with applicable coupons, etc. Ill be taking vehicles to AAMCO for any further maintenance/repairs for the peace of mind alone.

Great staff and very knowledgeable about all things with 4 wheels. I have now taken two vehicles to get serviced and repaired and have not been disappointed. I was initially hesitant due too price however, the repair costs DID NOT BREAK THE BANK. Will continue to bring you my my business and refer my friends and family.

I took my car in about a month and a half ago to have the oil changed my car aligned and have them look at my AC. I set an appointment two days in advance and took off work early so I could take it in. When I got there to drop it off he told me that they wouldnt be able to get to it until the next morning. So knowing it needed to be done I took off the next day so it could get worked on. I took it in the next morning at 8 a.m. and they did not finish until 3:30. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle he told me that my AC was shot but that the oil change and Alignment have been done for free because of the wait. He neglected to give me a receipt and when I got home I realized they hadnt even put a sticker for my oil change. Today I found out did they didnt align my car or do my oil change. My tire popped because it had been rubbing up against a part of my Fender because it had never been realigned. I am extremely disappointed with this service and well never be using Aamco again. The customer service and the workmanship is horrible. For the love of God please dont use this company!

Aamco is amazing! Honestly the only place I will ever take my car from here on out. One of the other companies gave me a quote for 3,000 worth of work when I had the bumper to bumper inspection done. At Aamco they were completely honest and did not try to get me for things that did not need to be done(I saved thousands of dollars). They are honest and care about doing a good job! There is no question on where I will be taking my car for many many years!

GREAT! service here at AAMCO in Yukon OK. Amazing and the care exceeds expectations! After leaving McClains RV sales in OK City my transmission went by by! Chris was able put me at the top of the list being the out of towner, was able to get my transmission swapped for a new one, and had me down the road within the next couple of days. Best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. Another shop told me I needed all new shocks and struts to fix a vibration issue. I called AAMCO for a quote on that same service, and not only was the quote $700 less than the other place, but when I brought it in, Eric told me there was nothing wrong with my shocks and struts, and invited me to see for myself how he deduced that. Saved me from giving the other place $1800 for service that didn’t need to be done.I’ve never had such confidence that I was being taken care of fairly by an auto shop. AAMCO is now my first call for repairs, and Eric deserves a raise.

I can not praise these guys enough. This has become my go to place when I have problem with my car. Needed the alternator replace and they helped find 2 other problems I thought was just part of the alternator being broke. They did this and all for cheaper then most places would. You would think took them forever right? WRONG! Jerry and his guys will get you up and running faster then anyone else. This AAMCO is the place to go to get your vehicle fixed the first time and have some of the friendliest people too.

Excellent service and top quality work. Had ac system replaced. Had an issue after work was completed. They found the issue and fixed it very quickly. Had to wait for a new part to be shipped in. The moment it arrived they jumped on the repair and got it done in a couple of hours. Even though the part wasnt a component from the original job they didnt charge for labor or anything. Great team there. I will be using them for all work from now on.

Radio Advertising seems like a bait and switch tactic. Drop pan, and filter change will not be done, supposedly dangers unless you first commit to a complete review and rebuild based only on months old codes. If really wanting true info, a pan has to be pulled, inspect mag on pan bottom, and inspect plate. If in OKC, go to Roys.

Called to get my car fixed after my slave cylinder/throwout bearing went bad. Needed my car done asap as I had up coming car shows to attend. They performed the work in a timely manner, the tech was extremely knowledgeable and knows how to service a performance car. Office girl is very laid back and cool. At the same time professional. While we didn’t have work done at this shop, I want to recognize Daniel for his customer service and professionalism. We were traveling through Oklahoma on a Friday afternoon, temperatures were around 97 and our AC stopped working. We were about 2 hours from Yukon. Called AAMCO because we needed a place that could fix the AC on Saturday and they were close to the motel we planned to spend the night.Rather than saying “sorry I can’t help you, we’re not opened on Saturday” Daniel looked up several repair shops that were open on Saturday and gave me the phone number and address for another shop. He said, “I’ve never personally worked with them, have heard positive comments.”Thank you Daniel for helping us!!! On Saturday, your referral was able to order the part and get us back on the road by noon on Saturday.

On Thursday 2-20-2020 I dropped off my car to get a quote on the transmission. I told him that I didnt want to spend more than $XXXX and if it were to cost that much I would probably just go buy a new car he reassured me that they could take care of it for this price quoted. We walked through the components that he would replace and all of the major expenses to go with it. He made sure that I understood that any additional costs would only be from a few small items that cost $30 - $60 each and only if necessary. I was very pleased with Daniel and how he was able to answer all my questions regarding the expenses. I even asked if there was a document I needed to sign to say I agreed to these terms and the cost because other shops have had that requirement. But again he reassured me that I didnt need that and that the company doesnt do that. He did come back to me and said they will require some type of deposit because of the age of the vehicle (2007). So I obliged his request and gave a deposit.While there was a slight miscommunication between Daniel and I initially, I will not get into the specifics of the issue but just know Daniel handled it extremely well and made sure I was completely satisfied.They completed the job quickly in just 3 days, including me asking them to do a spark plug change and an oil change a day later.Daniel looked into all my concerns with the vehicle and he left no questions unanswered. Daniel was very professional, very knowledgeable and didnt have to rely on a mechanic to come answer my questions like other shops have to do. Daniels exceptional customer service made such a good impression with me that I will start bringing all my car services to you guys and I will refer my friends to you guys as well.

Even during Covid-19 they were able to get us in and our car finished in the same day without an appointment. Very friendly, explained what they would be doing to the vehicle, and really just an overall great experience. Their prices were good and work efficient and thorough. Ill recommend them to others and be returning for my car upkeep and repair needs.

Not sure why anyone would ever say anything negative about this location. They are phenomenal. The ownership has done an outstanding job of training their leadership because they truly treat you like they would their family. Daniel was descriptive and so helpful in this process of spending a chunk on a transmission and suspension fixes. He has grade A technicians that are also knowledgeable and helpful. Brought my vehicle in due to breaks not working. Daniel took care of it and had me back delivering mail the next day. Very courteous and prompt. I will be going back in the future. This shop is very trustworthy.

I took my F-150 with 200K miles on-it to get them to fix my transmission problems. They promptly fix it so I could take my family to our lake house that evening. We drove it about 80 miles when the battery light came on, then the temp light came on, then the motor light came on. All these in about 30 sec.I had it towed it back to Yukon where it came out of the shop. I was convinced it was the transmission. The fluid felt oily like transmission fluid.I spoke to Daniel the manager and he said he would make it right for me.They looked it over and determined it to be my water pump pulley that locked up and destroyed the water pump.Daniel talked to me about it and said he would fix it. The originial price for repairs were going to be $800.00 but he knocked $300.00 off since I had to pay $200.00 for towing it back.Daniel and the whole crew did a very professional job. I will recommend them to everyone.

My car was underwater in the recent floods, and I was desperate to find someone to tow it somewhere to get it checked out. Because of Covid, everything was more difficult, but Daniel took care of everything for me, and went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. He was very professional and so kind! If you ever find yourself needing your car fixed, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! We brought our car to them spent $5200 & so many trips back we lost count. In the end, we were 100% worse off then when we started & they were asking for more money. They use generic parts no factory parts, but still charge quite a bit. They did have 1 good manager of the 3 we dealt with who was trying to make things right but he left. The new manager who replaced him knew little to nothing of car repair.

These guys go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Daniel is courteous, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. They did a replacement of my 2007 GMC Sierra transmission and even fixed things that were not their responsibility to fix on the truck. I have never done, and will never do business anywhere other than with this shop. Thanks guys!

Took my sons vehicle in and paid just under $500 for AC repair. Drove it home and the next time it started there was no AC. They had this same problem 3 times in the shop before releasing the vehicle to us. They were taking it for a spin and that wasnt necessary for this kind of repair. We wont go back there and basically threw $500 out the window. I called the dealership and they have the same pricing and will guarantee their work. Thats what I get for getting to save money.Update: They offered for us to drop off my sons vehicle again to work on it. We do not feel comfortable doing this at this point after having been there 3 different times trying to get this work done.We were offered a refund and then they backed down from that they because we hadnt taken it somewhere else yet. We want a refund. We just do not feel comfortable going back there. I will update this review positively when this is resolved.Update September 2020: Refund was promised but then they changed their minds. We were uncomfortable taking it back since they had used my sons jeep to run parts when we left it before. We decided to take it to the Bob Moore Chrysler Jeep dealership. They treated my son with much respect unlike at AAMCO. They were completely wrong. It wasnt just a hose that needed to be replaced. It needed a new condenser. We apparently lost our money going to AAMCO. Even though they did come back again and agree to a partial refund, we never got it.

Chris the manager and the technician, I think his name was Tristan went far and above to help me. Coming across the road to. Help me get my car to AAMCO. Once they found the issue and fixed in a very reasonable time. Kept me updated and check for free before repair was done then gave me an estimate which was very fair. I highly recommend this shop. AAMCO may be a national chain but they operate like a family business.

Such a great business, especially in this industry who typically has a stereotype of being dishonest and greedy. I took my sons vehicle there to have the transmission looked at because it was acting funny. This was a scary thing for us to do because money is tight around our house. Daniel, the manager, exemplified pristine customer service and treated us so fairly. He made this terrifying process, peaceful. They had my sons transmission rebuilt and delivered within 3 days and it is running perfectly. I would recommend any car work to be done here. Definitely a lifelong customer.

I have always been weary about going to mechanic shops because the majority of them are not honest, and are just out to rip you off. Not this location, Daniel is the manager and he is the absolute most honest manager I have ran into. His integrity and honesty is why I will ALWAYS bring my vehicle to AAMCO. I don’t know a lot about cars but every time i need something done on my BMW they get it done and has good quality. Their prices have beaten everyone else around as well. I use them every single time.

I brought my sisters 2006 malibu in for a diagnostic check after talking to Daniel over the phone about a small transmission leak & the engine light coming on the day before. We discuss the process of how to identify the problem, then the possible options & costs. My sister Donna Moss is a widow who gets very nervous about car repairs. I have somewhat a little bit more experience in understanding vehicle maintenance & wanted to help her make the best decision to get it fix. Unfortunately, but true, single women seem to be taken more advantage of when it comes to having car repairs done. Daniel & his tech gave me the confidence & knowledge, where then Donna & I could make a decision. We then had the car service. Thank God & AAMCOs excellent service. The engine light is no longer on & there is no longer a transmission leak. I believe Donna will now use your service for oil changes etc.& will recommend others to AAMCO. My U-joint decided to grenade itself shattering my transfer case, and busting my exhaust 900 miles away from home. The tow truck came in ten minutes, and they had me back on my way in less than two hours! I am incredibly grateful for those kind folks, they have my business from now on.

I settled on AAMCO after several frustrating calls to other places which left me feeling untrusting of them. Speaking with Daniel about my concerns I was put completely at ease and decided to take my car to he and his team. He made me feel comfortable with the amount I was spending and what it was going toward. I was kept in the loop the entire way through. There are easy finance options for those, like myself, that just cannot pay a huge payment all at once. The entire experience had me talking to friends, clients, and family about it.

3rd visit in 6 months because I wouldn’t take my blazer anywhere else to be fixed. Even tho I live 40 miles away. They are always straight forward and honest, once I told them to replace by brakes but they came back with it’s not the brakes it was just a e-brake cable. To add I just read previous review, highly highly doubt the older guy or anyone at AAMCO would try and take advantage of anyone, maybe (probably) an honest mistake of diagnosis.

If you have any vehicle needs I STRONGLY suggest seeing Daniel. I dropped my truck off on a Monday morning and by Wednesday my transmission was rebuilt, new torque converter installed, transfer case services and flushed and serviced both front and rear differentials all by Wednesday afternoon. The only place I’ll go to for mechanical issues.

My transmission quit working, I have never had this kind of car work done before. The manager had my truck towed in and they checked it for free. Once tested they confirmed my Transmission had failed. Ouch I needed a transmission. 5 stars for being updated and walked threw the process step by step, for chris finding me a rental car and taking me after hours to pick up the rental and to the technicians that did the work in a timely manner. Oh, very reasonably priced with a warranty.Highly recommend AAMCO. 👍👍👍👍👍 I had my second visit, still great service and awesome price.

My engine seized up because of the place I took it to previously..this happened right down the street and it was a no brainer I wanted AAMCO to look at it because they had replaced my alternator for me last year. When Daniel called me up and told me the WORST news I think when it comes to your car..you need a new engine. It is going to cost 5300 with labor. I thought I was going to pass out but Daniel and Robert were so helpful, knowledgeable and I felt really cared about me and my car and were not happy with the previous shop that is responsible for the damages. They backed me every step of the way and the head mechanic Robert even put in overtime to get it done for me ASAP. They received the engine Wednesday and my car was done and ready to pick up Friday afternoon! This was a devastating couple weeks and I am so appreciative of Daniel and Robert for all their hard work! I will without a doubt be back for everything from oil changes to brakes to anything that may concern me in the future! I will not go ANYWHERE else with my car. Convenient and cheap really screwed me over in the end and it was an expensive lesson learned. Thank you again AAMCO (:

The AAMCO Yukon location has been great, the very helpful and friendly. I have an older Gas RV and have done both transmission and engine work on it. Could not have been a better experience. They rebuilt my transmission last year and when my shifter cable broke they went out of their way to get me a replacement cable and get me on my way for my trip. They are the only place I’ve found that can read my engine codes (older 96 RV with Ford connector) to help figure out my check engine light. They are one of the few places that are able to do my oil change. Every time I’ve gone to them they have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend this location enough!

Best customer service by far. They handle my situation with my truck as if it was their own. If there any issue with your vehicle I recommend this location.

Oh my they are FABULOUS! Daniel is a super guy that obviously lives what he does. Transmissions are expensive so it is stressful. But not here. Thanks for your customer service it beyond belief!

WOW! Great customer service! I was having a pretty rough night after my fuel filter drain plug started leaking after replacing the fuel filters. Called OReillys and they assured me they could match it if I brought it in. After taking it off and draining another liter of diesel fluid from my truck and standing in line for 20 minutes I was told they would have to order one which would take a week or I would have to go to the dealer. Looked on Amazon and couldnt find the o-ring. So at this point my options were to deal with the dealership and drive a truck that was dripping fuel until one came in or order one through OReillys that might not fit. In a last ditch effort, I stopped at AAMCO on my way home to see if there was anything they could do, Daniel and James completely saved my night and possibly week. They found a o-ring that worked in under 2 minutes and were super friendly. It was close to closing time and they jumped at the opportunity to help me. It was probably no big deal to them but the 35 cent part they hooked me up with saved the day! I will definitely keep them in mind if I ever need anything in the future!! Thanks again guys!

I have taken my car here 4x. Once they did a good job fixing my air conditioner, so a few months later when something else needed work, I took it back. They had my car for over a month. They couldnt figure out what was wrong & did multiple things that my car probably didnt need. Basically just needed a new battery. The problem did not get fixed & my car was worse forcing me to take it back a 3rd time. Again, it took over a month for me to get my car back. Told it was fixed, but it still had one more problem I could fix later. I last picked it up in December. On Christmas Eve as we were traveling to my parents house, it was a little warm & I decided to turn on the air conditioner that did NOT work again. I returned again to get this fixed. After they had my car another 2 weeks, I was told this was not a part they worked on the 1st time, so the part was not warrantied. I would have to pay. I said NO, picked up my car, & I will never go back.
