Great place. I actually go here to shop for things I cant get at other grocery stores that I would normally go to. The staff are friendly and helpful. I like self- checkout, those associates are very much appreciated by me.

Weis is one of my favorite grocery stores 😍. They have senior discounts on Tuesdays, 10% off Weis brands.

As much as I love shopping at Weis, and I have shopped at various locations, this location in Parkville located in the shopping center of Harford Road and Joppa Road, is the worst. Theres only 1 young lady that works self check out that is very polite and willing to help. And the ladies and gentleman in the back deli are very polite and willing to help. Others will walk past you numerous times just looking at you as if youre doing something wrong instead of asking if you need any help. I was there this morning, and there were 2 staff members with a manager in the juice isle. Not even a good morning. And I did need help. They have labels out stating there are e-coupons, yet when you go online or in the app, those same e-coupons do not exist. Would they help you figure it out, nope. They went on to discuss personal bs.Yes they have fresh food and good products. Some of their items are priced higher than other locations. I can only assume those that have posted positive reviews just dont know or understand that they are supposed to be treated better.

Amazing Store Manager (Brian F.)and excellent customer service!!!!I visited the store today to do my groceries as well as to get some boxes. I spoke with Brian in the morning and he went out of his way to get the boxes and save them for me until noon. He gladly helped me when I finally arrived at the store this afternoon.This store rises above the area grocery stores due to quality, variety, and customer service.Brian is a Great Manager, who genuinely care about his customers and his team seem to follows his tradition!!!!!Aishani

Had a very nice cashier who helped me enter my club card number without the card or phone number. She also helped me process a damaged gift card that was problematic and a leaking sugar bag. She was very friendly and graceful. Wish I caught her name. Also another shopper stole my cart which was parked at the end of an isle with THE LAST BAG OF REGULAR CAESER SALAD IN THE STORE in it. A very friendly associate named shawn went out of his way to see that I had a cart. Nice store with even nicer employees. Thanks!

This place has always had sanitary wipes for their carts. They have both big and smaller carts. Employees are friendly people.

I go to this grocery store every time I need to go I do not like giants I dont do Walmart I go to the Weis. They always have a sale on items that I use, the workers there are helpful and let me not forget the cashiers the cashiers are great especially the young lady that helps you at the self-checkout shes awesome

Love there meats, produce and great varieties of foods. And the people working there are very helpful .

Friendly workers with decent prices.

Horrible customer service. The guy who works in the meat portion was rude and claimed to not know how to cut meat. Even the deli guy told me to try somewhere else because the meat guy didnt know what he was doing. The manager was no further help and just said I dont know what to tell you. What kind of manager just says that? I wont be coming back to this store. Much better store when it was owned by Mars, which I had been coming to for years and never had a complaint.

Fast, efficient curbside pickup

Cashiers are so nice and helpful i like that when the store is not to busy the staff walk around and assist you with finding items. Deli and seafood section very clean an staff very nice and very attentive to your choices.

Small grocery store/super market but good for a quick trip for the basics. Staff & cashiers always friendly and eager to help out. The parking lot really sucks in this shopping center & can be VERY frustrating at times

Minimal crowd, although some other customers are anxious and stressed.. the staff was very pleasant and very helpful.

The staff here is great. They are always willing to help find something if you dont know where it is, even if they dont work that department. As a new member of this community, I find that extremely helpful.

Great customer service

Unfortunately there are not that many grocery stores in a close proximity from my house so I have to go to Weis. It’s your normal grocery store sometimes there amazing deals and sometimes not. But I am very concerned about their meat department. Recently there were multiple packages of rotten GREEN meat on the shelf’s, so disgusting and dangerous. I am starting to question the ability of management in this place. I will never buy meat there . I saw a butcher playing on a phone instead of tossing that disgusting meat in a trash. Lazy employees. I still will buy canned goods, pasta and coffee there but will go to get fresh food somewhere else.

Managers treat the employees very badly. Especially the store manager.

I like the idea of the store (organic food, etc), but it sells a lot of one-use, unnecessary plastic. Why organic eggs are the only in a plastic package while the regular eggs are in paper-based containers? Same for the fish. Why do they use a thick plastic box for the fish instead of wrapping it with paper (as the rest of stores around does)? This store is not sustainable at all. I will not return.

This is my third time in this location, my wife and myself dont get more of an opportunity to stop through but when we do everything is available everything is clean the staff is very friendly willing to help and assist in any way possible my hats off to the management and staff keep up the good work.

Lovely helpful people work here. If you ask where to find something they try to get someone to take you to it or get it for you. One day I forgot to get something & there was no one in line behind me. I asked where it was & if I had time to go get it. They had someone get it for me!!😊

No self checkout, cashiers are in no hurry or get anymore to open lanes. Lines will be backed up with only two lanes up. Poor customer service. Can’t go in and out without waiting around 20 minutes to get checked out. Was much better when it was mars

Solid neighborhood supermarket serving Carney and Northern Parkville areas. A former Mars supermarket, and the layout shows it. Good variety of products.

I miss SuperFresh and their quality prices. Forced here when it was Mars. Now, I cannot believe Mars went out of business to this low quality store. Only buy canned and boxed goods here. The bread alone is a joke. ShopRite In Timonium is recommended.

Went in this store the seafood/ lunchmeat counter smelled awful. When you come into the store your getting a with of the odor. Bad for a customer that wants fresh seafood, Ill pass

Went in this evening with my children to pick up a few things for breakfast, and when I arrived at the checkout, the cashier named Justin was horribly rude to me. He even walked away after he briefly spoke to me. I requested the manager (Michelle) and she was quick to apologize, but on the surface, she did nothing to correct the problem.I am a business owner and if one of my employees treated a customer the way that he treated me and my children, he would have been fired on the spot!I’ll never go back to this hell hole! I wish Mars would have never closed. Weis is a horrible company and their employees are rude and dismissive.

I like his Weis since it is not large and has most of what I need. Parking lot is nice, lighting is bright, and staff are friendly.

Seems like a good store with decent prices compared to other big stores. Is a little bit og a smaller store though.

Inventory management has alot to be desired, shelves empty in the evening multiple times a week. Save time shop at a store that stocks adequately to not run out on a regular basis.

My cashier was Beverly. She was very sweet.

First the managers are idiots. Not one seems to know whats going on. Every time you ask a question you get a i dont know. No one is ever around when you go to the courtesy booth. Shelves are over stocked but when it comes to something you need its never there. Deli smells like something died in there. This is by far the worse company ive ever grocery shopped at.

Liked it better as Mars, but most of the same people work here still... Selection is good but they sell out quickly, great and courteous staff.

Very friendly workers and they have cashiers with no one in line stand in the entrance to a register waiving you to an open register. That is a great touch.
